An average place to study due to high fee structure.
Placements: The placements were our choice. Those who opted for the placements got the placements. Out of 42, 40 students opted for placements who got placed and rest 2 opted for higher studies. Still, I would suggest that students should look behind the placements by themselves as you can only be referred to the company to get places or for the internships.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi is available. The labs are superb. The library is huge. The classrooms are well-equipped. The canteen serves average food. The hostel should not opt. We didn't face any problem related to infrastructures till date. There are many facilities on the campus like living in a country. Gym, games, parlour, cafe, and many international food chains like subway, dominos are available.
Faculty: The faculty members are very good and helpful at any point in time. They teach on the basis of theory and research going on. We got the industry exposure. The course curriculum is useful to the students. All the material provided for studies is the point to point data. Even if you have an idea for some project, you will be getting full support form the faculty and the head of the management to implement it.
Other: The students going to Amity University enjoys their life. It's totally a different word. The major issue during the college life will be the attendance. Even medical certificates are not accepted in the college for the attendance. One more point to be mentioned, that is, nothing is free in this college. Even for your corrected mark sheets, you have to pay to the university.

Amity Institute of Renewable and Alternative Energy has been there for a decade now and the domain of renewable energy has developed now (expected). There used to be very few students but the number has risen.
For someone who really had the calibre shall get a good advantage of this degree.

If you have done +2 with good marks, go for B.Tech rather than diploma as this could be better after 10th standard. Moreover, B.Tech has much more value than diploma.

BTech Solar & Alternative Energy is a very specific niche engineering graduation degree which may have opportunities in future. It is suggested that you may prefer any core branch of Engineering over it for better career opportunities. You may go for Alternative Energy specialization in MTech or MS.
