Andhra University is spread across a campus of 422 acres, with over 120 academic, administrative and support service buildings. Other than this, the university is also equipped with 324 staff quarters. Presently, the university caters for education in five green districts of Andhra Pradesh namely Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Vizinagaram and Srikakulam. Andhra University offers 23 hostel buildings for boys with accommodation of 3,200 students and 10 hostels for women with a capacity of 2,000.
