Assam University is really good for placements.

Placements: The percentage required for students to get admission to the university varies on its department. Fee for the MBA course are higher than other courses. More than 50% of students get placements but it depends on which department and which course we are doing. In the MBA department, students get placements, but we can expect an average salary that ranges from Rs. 25,000-30,000 per month. However, we cannot expect it in every course. Companies like Tata and other companies visit the university for placements.

Infrastructure: The university campus is beautiful and surrounded by nature and beautiful greenery. Roads are maintained properly. Every department has its own road. Department buildings are well-designed and beautiful. My Bengal department is situated in the middle of the campus and surrounded by the beauty of nature. Wi-Fi is available. We don't have labs because it is a literature department but it has a big library where we can find every single book, every novel, etc. Classrooms are also well-maintained.

Faculty: There are so many faculty members in the entire campus. Most of them are well-behaved and best at their work. They help students a lot to do their research. The course curriculum is relevant. Every week there is a seminar and other activities that help students to learn more. Semester exams are actually difficult but if we study according to the syllabus then it will be easy for us. The minimum pass percentage at Assam University is 40% for each course and 45% for each semester.

Other: I have selected this university because it is the best for my course. From childhood, I wanted to become a professor, and I was good in Bengal, so I decided to pursue this course, which is Bengal Honours. The course is best for every student who has an interest in Bengal. Our university is also famous for its fests. Every few months, there is one fest, and students enjoy it a lot. There are also student selections that are held within the university campus.

The infrastructure of the college is beautiful.

Placements: The college provides the internship to the students with a fixed stipend. The college placement department is very efficient and the placement rate has been around 90% in recent years. The average package offered by the companies is around Rs 6,00,000 per year.

Infrastructure: The library is well-stocked with a wide range of books, journals, and other study materials. The college also provides free medical facilities to the students. There is a beautiful garden on the campus. There are various types of games available for the students.

Faculty: The exams are held semester-wise (which are held at the end of the semester) as well as mid-semester-wise. This course makes the students industry-ready. The passing percentage is around 35% in each subject. The course curriculum helps the student understand the industry overview.
