Yes, IIITM Gwalior offers a five-year integrated course in BTech+MTech. This course is offered in only one specialisation, i.e., Information Technology. The GATE CCMT 2025 cutoff for various M.Tech courses varies across different specialisations offered. This year, the cutoff ranged from 370 to 534 for the General AI Category.
