BUMAT admit card will mention the name of the exam centre. BUMAT 2026 exam will be held across 62 cities in India. BUMAT 2026 exam centre once allotted, the change request will not be entertained.

Candidates willing to appear for the BBA entrance exam of Bharati Vidyapeeth can check the list of the BUMAT 2026 exam centres in the table below. The exam will be held across 62 cities. Q:   Is the BUMAT exam online or offline?
A: 

Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) will conduct the BUMAT (Bharatividyapeeth Undergraduate Management Aptitude Test) in offline mode. Candidates registering for BUMAT 2026 exam will have to appear at the exam centre to take the exam. Only registered candidates will be able to download the admit cards when released and know the alloted BUMAT exam centre. BUMAT 2026 exam is expected to be held across 62 cities in India. Candidates will have the opprtunity to select the desired exam city while filling the application form. Candidates are advised to be careful while entering the BUMAT exam centres. No request for change in the exam centre will be entertained once the application form is submiited and BUMAT admit card is issued.

Q:   When will be the BUMAT exam conducted?
A: 

BUMAT 2026 exam will be conducted tentatively in second week of June. Candidates who will register for the exam will be able to appear for the BUMAT exam. The examination for Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) UG 2026 admissions will be held in computer based mode. Candidates had to report at the alloted exam centre. BUMAT exam was conducted for a duration of 120 minutes. As per the BUMAT exam pattern, the question paper consists of 200 multiple choice questions. Candidates had to choose a correct answer among the four options provided. There was no negative marking for any wrong answer or not attempted question. Candidates wothout BUMAT admit card were not permitted to enter the BUMAT exam centre.

BUMAT Exam Centre 2026 Important Instructions

  • Candidates will be able to check the allotted BUMAT exam centre on the release of the admit card. Candidates must enter their login credentials to download the ahll ticket.
  • Candidates must carry the BUMAT admit card along with the photo identification card in original viz. Voter Identity Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport or Aadhar Card etc to the exam centre. Candidates will not be permitted to enter the examination hall without any documents.
  • No candidates will be permitted to enter the examination hall after the scheduled time of commencement of the examination.
  • Candidates must ensure to report at the allotted exam centre 30 minutes prior to the given time.
  • Candidates must familiarise themselves with the exam centre and location to avoid any last-minute rush.
  • Possession of any electronic items like mobile phones, smart watches, digital diaries, etc and jewellery will be prohibited inside the examination hall.

Q:   What are the documents required along with the BUMAT admit card?

BUMAT admit card is an important document that has to carried on the day of examination at the exam centre. Along with the BUMAT hall ticket, candidates must ensure to carry the following identity proof documents:

  • Photo identity proof (any): Driving License, PAN card, Aadhar card, Passport, College ID, PAN Card etc.
  • Passport size photographs.

Candidates must note that entry without the BUMAT admit card and identity proof documents will not be permitted. Candidates must ensure to keep the required documents ready before the BUMAT exam day. Digital BUMAT admit card will not be permitted for entry to the examination hall.

Q:   Can I download the BUMAT question paper soon after the exam is over?
A: 

Candidates will not be able to download the BUMAT question paper soon after appearing for the exam. The official question paper will be uploaded few days after the exam is conducted on the Shiksha portal. Candidates will be able to access the BUMAT question paper here. Baharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University does not releases the official BUMAT question paper and answer key. Candidates are not required to enter the login credentials to download the answer key and question paper when uploaded here.

Q:   What is BU-MAT entrance exam?
A: 

BU-MAT is a pen paper-based examination consisting of 200 objective type questions with a time limit of 150 minutes. The exam aims to assess the candidate’s verbal, reading, quantitative, data interpretation and reasoning skills.

Q:   When will the BUMAT registration begin?
A: 

BUMAT 2026 registrations will commence online tentatively in last week of December 2025. Candidates interested in admission to BBA or BCA programme of Bharati Vidyapeeth must fill the online application form on or before the last date. The BUMAT application form can be filled in online mode only. BVDU will release the BUMAT 2026 registrations link along with the release of notification. Candidates must ensure to fulfill the prescribed eligbility criteria before filling the application form. To complete the BUMAT registrations candidates must ensure to fill the BUMAT application fee of INR 1200. The application fee can be paid in online mode only.

Q:   What is the BUMAT exam duration for each section?
A: 

As per the BUMAT exam pattern there is no sectional time limit. BUMAT question paper will consist of four sections, namely:

  • Numerical Aptitude
  • Reasoning/Logical Aptitude
  • Verbal Ability, and
  • Reading Comprehension

Candidates will be required to attempt all four sections within the given time duration. BUMAT exam is conducted for a duration of 150 minutes or two hours 30 minutes. BUMAT sections will consist of 60 questions each. Candidates must device strategy to attempt maximum questions within the given time duration.

Bharati Vidyapeeth Undergraduate Management Aptitude Test (BUMAT) is conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University (BVDU) for admission to BBA/BCA programmes. The examination is a in computer based mode, wherein candidates will have to report at the designated exam centre. BUMAT exam is conducted for a duration of 150 minutes. Candidates must attempt 200 questions within the given time duration. No provision for extra time is applicable for students. The full form for BUMAT is Bharati Vidyapeeth Undergraduate Admission Test. It is an management entrance test conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University for admission to BBA programe of BVDU campuses. Candidates seeking admision to Undergraduate programe of BVDU BBA must appear for the exam. Candidates will not be allowed to appear for BVDU BBA admission process through any other management entrance exam score. Candidates will be required to fill the application form to be eligible for appearing in admission process. BUMAT is conducted once in a year. Candidates will have to appear for the exam on the prescribed exam date at the alloted exam centre.

Q:   How is the BUMAT exam conducted?
A: 

The BUMAT exam is conducted as a computer-based test (CBT) at designated test centres. Each question will have four answer choices, with only one correct answer. The test will be in English, and there will be no negative marking. Candidates will be able to attempt the questions in any order.

Q:   How can I check the allotted BUMAT exam centre?
A: 

Candidates will be able to check the allotted exam centre upon release of BUMAT admit card. Only candidates who will fill the BUMAT application form along with the successful application fee payment will be able to download the BUMAT hall ticket when released. The BUMAT admit card 2026 is expected to release in the secod week of June 2026. Candidates will be able to check the following details on the release of BUMAT 2026 admit card:

  1. Name of the candidate
  2. Registration number
  3. Category
  4. Location
  5. Date of exam
  6. Time of exam
  7. Exam centre name & address
  8. Photograph

Q:   When can I download BUMAT admit card?
A: 

BUMAT 2026 admit card will be released online at bvuniversity.edu.in. BUMAT admit card is released 5-6 days prior to exam date. Only candidates who completed application form along with the payment of application fee will be able to download the BUMAT admit card. The BUMAT admit card is an important document that has to be carried on the day of the examination, without which candidates will not be permitted to enter the exam centre. To download the BUMAT 2026 admit card candidates must visit the official website of BVDU and the banner display the link to BUMAT admit card under Admissions 2026 tab. Candidates must then enter the login credentials to download the admit card. Screen will display the candidate's details and exam centre details where candidates have to report on the date of the examination. Candidates must check for the details mentioned on the BUMAT admit card. In case of any discrepancy candidates must immediately contact the BVDU helpline to rectify the information along with the supported documents.

Q:   Can I change the BUMAT exam centre after submitting the application form?
A: 

No, candidates will not be able to change the BUMAT exam centre once the application form is submitted. BVDU does not provide any provision for BUMAT application form correction window. Candidates filling the application form must carefully enter the details. The BUMAT 2026 registration link will be activated in December 2025. The last date to apply for BUMAT exam will be notified. Candidates must carefully enter the personal details, academic details, exam centre preference and payment details. 

BUMAT application form once submitted, no requests for change in the details of the application form will be entertained. Candidates must check the list of the BUMAT exam centres before filling the application form. 

Q:   What happens if I miss the BUMAT exam or remain absent?
A: 

If a candidate is absent for the BUMAT exam, he/she will forfeit the entrance test fee, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Such candidates will also not be able to reschedule the BUMAT 2026 exam date. For the upcoming examination, BUMAT 2026 exam will be scheduled tentatively in third week of June. The exam will be held in CBT mode.

Q:   Can I re-download the BUMAT admit card?
A: 

BUMAT admit card can be re-downloaded till the date of examination. Only candidates who will register for the BUMAT exam will be able to download the admit card when released. In case candidates have misplaced or lost the BUMAT admit card, they can re-visit the official website of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed to be University (BVDU) and login with the credentials created at the time of BUMAT registration. To re-download the BUMAT admit card candidate must follow the steps mentioned below:

Step 1- Visit the website of BVDU

Step 2- Click on the 'Admissions' tab

Step 3- Enter the login credentials: Email ID and Password

Step 4- Click on 'Download BUMAT Admit Card' tab Screen will display the hall ticket.

Step 5- Save the admit in your laptop/desktop and take the print of the same.

Yes, candidates must appear for the BUMAT exam to appear for the BBA admission process at BVU. The university does not accept any other entrance examination scores.
