- UGAT registration dates: UGAT registration is an online process. The UGAT exam schedule is released on the official website of AIMA UGAT along with the UGAT 2025 application form.
- UGAT fee payment: Candidates have to make a fee payment after filling out the application form. The application fee can be paid online only.
- AIMA UGAT admit card release: UGAT admit cards will be issued to candidates who have completed the UGAT application process. The candidates can download their admit cards online until the day of the UGAT exam.
- AIMA UGAT exam date: UGAT is conducted only once a year. The UGAT 2025 exam will be conducted on June 14, 2025.
- UGAT result date: The UGAT result is announced within a week of the exam. The test takers can check their results and download the scorecard online.

Yes, the UGAT eligibility criteria is the same for all categories. The candidates should has passed their Class 12 from a recognised board. They must have secured at least 50% aggregate in Class 12. There is no age limit for the candidates to be eligible for UGAT exam. The students who belong to the Foreign Nationals category are not eligible to appear for the AIMA UGAT exam. The candidate must be an Indian national irrespective of the state they belong to.
The UGAT exam 2025 will be conducted on June 14, 2025. The exam will be conducted in the paper-based test mode. The exam will be conducted in about 18 test cities across the country. Students will be issued the UGAT admit cards which will mention the UGAT test city, venue details, exam time, reporting time at the exam centre along with other details of the applicant appearing for the AIMA UGAT exam.

- Candidates can download the AIMA UGAT application form from the institutes websites listed with AIMA or from AIMA head office located at the Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
- Candidates need to pay a fee of INR 750 through cash or DD to AIMA. The DD should be drawn in the favor of 'All India Management Association' payable at New Delhi.
- Candidates should also attach two self-attested slips or adhesive stickers.
Candidates must note that the UGAT 2026 application form must be submitted before the deadline. Also, it must be ensured that the information mentioned on the same is correct and complete. Forms having incomplete/incorrect information will be rejected.
The AIMA Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) is conducted once a year, usually in the month of May. The exam is conducted for admission to various undergraduate courses such as Integrated MBA, BBA, BCA and BHM and other courses by the All India Management Association (AIMA). As per the official notification of UGAT a candidate can only appear for the exam once in a year. There is no provision for multiple attempts in the same year. Therefore, if you want to appear for UGAT you can do so only once in a year. However, if you are not satisfied with your performance in the first attempt, you can apply for the exam in the following year.
