BIT MCA Entrance Exam 2026 Application Form (SOON): Check Steps to Apply, Fees & More

Before filling out the BIT MCA 2027 application form, the candidates are advised to keep certain documents and information ready:

• 10th standard mark sheet
• 12th standard mark sheet
• Scanned photograph and signature, as per the official specifications.
• Net banking/credit card/debit card details.
• Category certificate (if applicable)

The BIT MCA 2027 application form is going to be available by late February 2027 on the official portal. To register for the entrance examination, follow the steps below.  

• Visit bitmesra.ac.in/course/details/1/PG/46. Click the Registration link.
• Register by filling your basic details and creating a password for future login. After you register for BIT MCA entrance test, an application number will be generated.
• Fill your personal, academic and contact details in the form. All details must be correct and valid.
• Upload the scanned passport-size photograph and digital signature as per official specifications. Select up to three campuses based on your preferences.
• Pay the BIT MCA 2027 application fee online.

BIT MCA 2027 Application Fee

• General / OBC / EWS Candidates: INR 1,500
• SC / ST Candidates: INR 1,000 

• Payment Mode: The fee must be paid online only through the Institute’s payment gateway using net banking, debit card, or credit card
• Refund Policy: The application fee is non-refundable once paid
• Submission: Candidates are not required to send a hard copy of the application form to the admission office but should keep a printout for their own records
• Campus Selection: While applying, candidates can select a maximum of three campuses (e.g., Mesra, Lalpur, Jaipur, or Noida) in order of preference

As of now, there is no facility to make any corrections or changes on the BIT MCA application form. Students are thus advised to be careful when filling out the online BIT MCA 2027 application form. However, in case the exam authorities make the form correction facility available, details will be shared on our platform.

General Instructions

• Fill the relevant fields in capital letters
• All fields on the application form are mandatory and must be completed
• Provide all information accurately
• Ensure that all fields are correctly filled before final submission
• After filling the complete form, “Lock and Submit Application”
• Once the “Lock and Submit Application” button is clicked, the form is going to be submitted
• After submitting click on “Print Application Form”
• Take a printout of the application form, as it will be required during the BIT MCA entrance test counselling/admission process

Specific Instructions

For candidates who seek admission under any reservation category:

• Candidates belonging to the SC, ST, and OBC categories must upload their category certificates when filling the application form.
• Certificate should be in the proper format
• The certificate copy must be signed by the appropriate authority of rank not less than SDO.
• Candidates must bring an original copy of the same during counselling/admission if called for.
