(a) the programs are recognized by the DEC-IGNOU,

They must carry the original pass certificate and mark sheets of the qualifying examination with their application form at the time of reporting for counseling.
Appearing candidates in distance learning programs, whose results are yet to be declared, are not eligible to apply.
