Good if it's the CSE branch, else completely avoid this place.

Placements: The placements are average if you're considering core branches like ECE or EEE. CSE is better when it's about placements. Also, the increase in student intake every year is causing major problems with placements due to over applications and one person one offer roles.

Phenomenal college with great placements.

Placements: My passing out batch had a solid placement rate as most of the students were placed. Approximately 70-80% of students were placed in my course. The highest package is around 60 LPA, whereas the average may be around 14-15 Lacs CTC, and the lowest may be around 6 Lacs. Top recruiting companies include NXP Semiconductors, NVIDIA, etc. Around 20-25% of students get internships, and roles offered are majorly consulting, data analyst, SDE roles, etc.

It has a satisfactory college life with good placements.

Placements: I am currently in the first year, so I can't tell in detail. In my branch, the percentage of students who get placed is decreasing every year. The highest package offered is 1 crore per annum, and the lowest package offered ranges from 5-6 LPA. The top recruiting company for our course is JP Morgan. A large number of students got internships. Top roles are generally offered in the tech field.

The infrastructure is well maintained, and the placements are good, with the average being 11–12 LPA

Placements: In my course at BIT Mesra, about 65–70 percent students get placed consistently, but from the past few years it has dropped slightly. The highest package is 19 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA, and an average of 7.5–8 LPA is common. There are many top companies like Google, Microsoft, and a lot of core companies which visit the campus consistently. 60 percent of students get internships in core companies and tech companies. Roles include site engineer, design engineer, quantity surveyor, trainee engi...

No, BIT Mesra does not accept applications for BSc courses in offline mode. This is because candidates are required to appear in either BITCHEM or JEE Main. None of these exams accept registrations in offline mode. Candidates applying with JEE Main score after exam is over might be able to apply off
