MTech at BITS Pilani is one of the popular programmes. It is of two-year duration and is offered in a full-time mode of study. STEP 1: BITS Pilani ME/MTech Application Process 2025
Candidates seeking admission to Higher Degree Programmes can apply online either using GPAT/ GATE or through the BITS HD Test or both modes for BITS Pilani admission. The step-wise application process is given below:
Step 1.1: Visit the official website of GPAT/ GATE or BITS Pilani for the BITS HD online test and click on 'Apply now'.
Step 1.2: Fill out the application form with all the mandatory details.
Step 1.3: Upload scanned images of the photograph and signature.
Step 1.4: Pay the application fee to complete the application process.
