Faculty is good that's the only reason I don't hate my department.

Placements: Well as for placement there are multiple fields. Some become professors and as for the rest, there are lab jobs. In my department, more than 50% of students got placed. And it's first year so I don't know much, but the environment is very nice, and the power dynamics.

Infrastructure: Labs are just fine. Some of the chemicals are expired. Library is okay. No Wi-Fi is provided you need to get your own in hostels. Mess food is just like any other, controversial. I like my department because of my teachers but there is nothing I like about my hostel other than my room.

Faculty: Well, all teachers are qualified and they teach with utmost utility. All of them are ENET GRF qualified and have a lot of experience. They don't pass the time that much and try to provide everything they can to provide us with information related to our syllabus from pets to extra classes everything.

Other: Well, as for events. We celebrate a whole week named Forensic Week in which daily different activities are assigned and guest lectures from educated people.

I'm dissatisfied.

Placements: You need above 50% to get placed from this course. The highest package is 17 LPA and the lowest package is 5 LPA offered in this course by government agencies like the Crime Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Intelligence Bureau (IB)as well as law enforcement departments.

Infrastructure: The university provides hostels for both girls and boys. There are a total 5 hostels for girls Virangna Khali Ari Bai, Samta, Annex, and OBC. Infrastructure is good. The quality of food is not that much of good. Wi-Fi isn't working. Classrooms are okay. Medical facilities are also not that good in hostel.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, knowledgeable, and well-qualified. Semester exams are also a little difficult. You need above 50% for the forensic science course. This course curriculum is very relevant and it makes students industry-ready and teaching quality is also good.

You can take admission if there is no college remaining.

Placements: Top recruiting companies are Axis Bank, Azim Premji Foundation, Cognizant, Eureka Forbes, Genpact, HCL, HDFC Bank, IBM, Just Dial, Microsoft, Reliance Jio, and Tech Mahindra. There is specific data on internship percentages and companies for the forensic science department.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is normal in my department but there is no Wi-Fi available for students. Labs and classrooms are also okay. There are unhygienic hostels with the worst food quality in the mess. Medical facilities are okay. Sports and games are also okay.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is also good. Course curriculum is kind of relevant yes but not make students fully ready. There is no difficulty in passing semester you can easily pass in the exams by writing good and meaningful answers.

Other: This is an interesting course full of suspense and thriller. Not in my course but in university I would love to change my university of M.Sc. because there are no practical cases that show NFSU is better. For events, fest, and extracurricular activities there is no word like this exists in this university, I don't know why but there is a scholarship but only for UP students.

Campus is okay but the department is average with no placement.

Placements: There are no placements. I expected placement but here it's not possible. So better just complete your graduation, talking about my department. If you don't want to pursue your future in a forensic science course, then don't choose this course, at least not from this college.

Infrastructure: Hostel is okay if only you can adjust to their long list of rules and regulations. The girl's hostel mess is so average. In the summer, the problem we face is electricity. The hostel gate closes at 6:50 PM only and if you want to take leave, you'll have to follow a very long and unnecessary procedure.

Faculty: Faculty members are good who am I to comment on them. They teach in a proper way only course curriculum is relatable and talks about semester exams, so it's tough. The highest in 1st year of semester 1 was only 8.4. You'll have to complete the bundle of assignments on time.

Faculty members are nice and studies are going well.

Placements: The highest package is offered with good faculty and classroom. There are top recruiting companies visiting for my courses. The highest package is 17 LPA and the lowest is 5 LPA. There is 90% of students placed from this course, which are outsiders too from different states.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course and department are quite comprehensive and supportive of academic as well as extracurricular activities. Our department is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity accessible throughout the academic blocks, including classrooms, labs, and library. We have access to well-maintained labs with updated hardware and essential software relevant to our course. The library is another strong pillar of our academic journey, stocked with a wide range of textbooks, journals, and digital resources. It offered a peaceful environment for reading and studying, with access to online.

Faculty: Teachers in our department are generally very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Most of them held either a Ph.D. or master's degree in their respective fields and brought with them a wealth of academic and practical experience. Their teaching style is clear, and they often supplement classroom learning with real-life examples, case studies, and industry insights. They are approachable outside of class hours as well, whether for clarifying doubts, mentoring projects, or offering career guidance. As for the semester exams, they are moderately difficult, but manageable with consistent study and understanding of the coursework.

Other: I chose this course because it aligned with my interests and offered strong career prospects in a rapidly growing industry. The best things about the course were its practical approach, industry-relevant curriculum, and opportunities for hands-on projects and internships. The campus has a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of events and fests throughout the year, which makes student life exciting. The crowd is diverse and friendly, promoting a collaborative environment. Connectivity to the city is good, with public transport easily accessible. The campus surroundings are green and peaceful, creating a great environment.

Do I have to take any entrance exam for pursuing B.Sc in forensic science from Bundelkhand University?

University conducts both entrance exams and merit based exams too. If you get good marks, you can apply with your merit and if you can, then crack the entrance exam.
