CCSU BBA Eligibility & Highlights 2024

BBA is a three-year self-financed programme offered at the UG level in two specialisations. The programme is divided into six semesters. Along with the university, BBA is also offered by Lloyd Business School, IMS Ghaziabad (university courses campuses) and other 127 affiliated colleges of CCS University.

Q: What is the eligibility criteria for BBA course admission at CCSU?

Candidates who passed class 12 with 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST) are eligible to apply for BBA (General) course. In addition, for BBA in Hospital Administration, the candidate must have passed class 12 or an equivalent exam with Biology/commerce and at least 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST) are eligible for admission.

Q: I've scored less than 50% in 12th boards. Can I get admission for BBA in CCSU?

Candidates scoring less than 50% in Class 12 are eligible to apply for BBA (General) at CCSU. This is because the eligibility criteria for general BBA at the university require a candidate to have scored at least 45% (for General & OBC; 40% for SC/ ST) in Class 12 in any stream. However, they are not eligible to apply for BBA in Hotel Administration with less than 50% aggregate in Class 12. Additionally, they must take the UGAT exam to secure a seat for the course. In case a candidate fails to secure a seat for BBA at CCSU, they can explore other options to pursue the course. They can also check out the colleges offering online BBA courses.

Placements: IMS University campus offers the best placement. There are many well-known companies like Infosys, TCS, and HCL that visit this college every year for the placement drive. The highest package of this college is 45 LPA, and the lowest package of this college is 8 LPA. Atleast 60% is required for the placements.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of this college is very good and provides calm and clean environment. This college offers the best facilities for the students like all-time Wi-Fi facilities for the students and faculty. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned. This college also provides the best library for the students so they can study novels and books. The hostel of this college is also very big. Mess hall food is also very good.

Overall, it's a great college.

Placements: 60% of students are placed in my course. The highest salary offered was Rs 90,000, and the lowest is Rs 50,000 - Rs 60,000. The average is Rs 70,000, it can goes upto 1 crore also. 50% of students got internships in different companies like Lupin Limited, Titan, and many more. Manager, head recruiter, and many other roles are offered in different companies.

Infrastructure: Our college has great infrastructure with AC and Wi-Fi in almost every room. Library also has so much material. I would say the food is above average sometimes, it's great but some days it's fine. Other than that canteen has many options. Sports, games, and medical facilities are also available.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is also too good. Every topic of every subject is highly relevant. It does make students industry-ready. I would say exams are little tough after 1st semester, not so tough. More than 80% students pass.

Other: It is great, it has more opportunities than other courses. I chose this course because of my interest in it.

Not that satisfied with the college, campus is small, no mandatory attendance.

Placements: Placement is decent, with about 3 to 4 LPA packages offered to a few students. MBA students get placed more than BBA students. The top companies that recruit include TCS and some sales firms. The highest package was around 8 lakhs per annum, while the lowest ranged from 1 to 2 lakhs. A few students are placed every year, but there is no placement guarantee.

Infrastructure: The campus is small, with classroom quality not being very good. There is no air conditioning in the classrooms or labs, and no Wi-Fi facilities on campus. The hostel is decent but lacks AC rooms. The rooms are small, creating a cramped atmosphere, and the hostel food is also very poor.

Faculty: The teachers have decent skills but are not highly qualified. The teaching quality is pretty average, and not much is being taught. The curriculum is adequate as offered by CCSU, but no practical knowledge or experience is provided. Exams are easy; however, the university does not provide good marks.

Other: You might want to consider other colleges instead, as they could offer better opportunities and results, as well as a better campus life. Only the teachers and attendance here are satisfactory; everything else may not be worth the money.

The name of my college is Vishveshwarya Group of Institutions.

Placements: I liked this college, I am doing B.A. here, and I liked the infrastructure here very much. The studies here are also very good, with a lot of internships. I am doing BBA from here, and it has taken me one year to do this course. It is very good to come here, and 60% is required for interns.

Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very helpful, like giving important notes during exam time or giving experience to interns when they come here. The faculty here is very respectable, sometimes they ask about a topic, and I studied it well in class. Since I came to this college, I have enjoyed studying a lot.

Other: There are very good events in our college, like tomorrow on 23rd, a Sufi night is being organised in which a DJ will be playing, and after coming to this college, I am very happy, it is value for money in my college.

It is one of the best colleges in Greater Noida.

Placements: In my college, 70% of students get placed. The average package is also 6 LPA. 90% of students get internships. The top roles are offered in my college, and they do not disclose them very well. The aroma of the college is also awesome, and it can be better.

Infrastructure: Our college provides Wi-Fi, food, clean rooms, and good services. My college consists of many labs for practical explanation, clean drinking water on the campus, etc. Many internal competitions are going on in my college, like Tekbizz, etc. Facilities are also awesome.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful. The course curriculum is relevant as it gets updated every time accordingly. Semester exams are pretty hard, but all exams are conducted pretty smoothly. Exams are tough, but the total number of exams is pretty decent, and we can cope with it.

It is good if students want to do something in a career after graduation.

Placements: Out of the total students, there are almost 10% in my course. The package offered by them is flexible based on the percentage gained in 12 exam, but after that, their policy of charging fees is too rigid and pressures students. In my course, not a single student has gotten a placement yet.

Infrastructure: There is bad infrastructure with no practical, and no Wi-Fi in classes. Air-conditioners are not available. The food in the canteen is not of good quality, but it offers opportunities for sports. Sports such as cricket and volleyball are arranged.

Faculty: Some teachers are serious about students. Some are more engaged in college affairs rather than student focus, and teachers' turnout is very high. The course curriculum is not totally subjective in nature, and it does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate. The pass percentage is almost 70%.

Other: I chose this course to open opportunities in the management line of commerce. There are high events, fests, campus crowds, and activities. Scholarships are available. There should be a certain type of mentorship given to students that defines what direction they should take after completion of graduation. A fresher party and fests also happen manually.
