LLM is a two-year self-financed programme divided into four semesters. CCSU offers LLM through Institute of Legal Studies at the PG level. The university also offers LLM through affiliated colleges like Dewan VS Group of Institutions India, Kamkus College of Law, Ishan Institute of Law and D.A.V. College Muzaffarnagar. Candidates wishing to register for LLM course must check below CCSU eligibility criteria:

CCS University LLM Application Process 2025: How to Apply?
CCS University admission is a multi-step process. Candidates after applying for LLM at CCSU can move to further rounds of selection. Find below step-wise CCSU admission process for LLM programme:
STEP 1: CCSU LLM Application Process 2025
The mode of application is online for LLM. Candidates need to apply with an entrance exam fee of INR 700 (INR 500 for SC/ ST). Check below the steps to apply for CCS University application process:
Step 1.1: Visit the official website of CCSU, https://www.ccsuniversity.ac.in/.
Step 1.2: Click on 'Admission' tab on the Home page.
Step 1.3: Click on 'Apply Now' available in front of the course and register with the basic details.

Step 1.5: Upload documents as asked by the university.
Step 1.6: Pay the application fee online via debit/ credit cards or net banking and submit the form.
STEP 2: Selection/ Entrance Exam
Once the registration process is completed, candidates can move on to the selection process. CCSU selects candidates for LLM programme based on the entrance exam conducted by the university. LLM Entrance Exam will include 100 objective type questions, based on 10 questions each from 10 papers of the subject.
STEP 3: Result & Merit List
Once the entrance exam is done, CCSU release the result. Aspirants can login with their examination roll number or form number. The university also releases merit list announcing the names of the shortlisted candidates.
STEP 4: Counselling & Document Verification
After completion of the selection rounds, CCSU releases merit list. The university releases the merit list between July and August with the names of the shortlisted aspirants. Aspirants selected must appear before the admission committee along with the original and photocopy of the below documents for verification:
- Copy of online registration form
- Copy of online offer letter
- Copy of entrance exam result
- Copy of high school marksheet and certificate
- Copy of intermediate marksheet and certificate
- Photocopy of graduation/ BA LLB/ LLB marksheet
- Copy of caste certificate
- Copy of EWS certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of certificate regarding surcharge
- Copy of Aadhaar Card
Further, selected aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

No, CCSU is not a private university. CCS Meerut (earlier known as Meerut University) is a UGC approved university. CCSU Meerut University is also accredited with A+ Grade by the NAAC. Being a public university, the fee for the available programmes is not very high.
