Review of Central University of Karnataka.
Placements: My department, public Administration does not provide placements. Other departments have some number of placements like the MBA department students get placements after completing their course. I have some senior friends from the MBA department, and he told me that from their class, about 12 students got placements in some companies. However, others did not get placements. It would be great if the university works on placements.
Infrastructure: The Central University of Karnataka is very far from the main town, but the infrastructure is good. It is good because the university is also new. It was inaugurated in 2009. Now we are in the Science Block boys' hostel, I think this hostel is temporary because 10 of us are staying in one room. It is very crowded and we do not have privacy. In the main hostel, four members are there in one room, which is good. The main hostels are very far from departments, and mostly, students should go by walk. Sometimes, the bus will come and pick up students from the hostel.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members at Central University of Karnataka are good. They are supportive. If students have any doubts regarding anything, they can ask faculty members and they will try to help us. Especially, my department, public administration, and faculty members are great. They teach us well. They will become a mentor for our lifetime if we listen to them.

    The lowest ranked Central University.
Placements: They're not providing placement for every school. Only management and engineering department students have the opportunity to grab a job through the university placement. Last year, only 20 students got placed. If we compare other colleges' packages, it seems very low compared to others.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is also of poor quality. The classrooms are okay, and the whole classroom has centralized AC. Wi-Fi is also there. But the library is not sufficient for the university's strength. There is no other reading space other than the library. Library timing is 9 AM to 9 PM. Only basic medical facilities are provided at the health center.
Faculty: The curriculum and faculty are just okay, or average. Exams are too easy, and more students can easily qualify for their pass percentage. But the exam fee/semester fee is too high. There's no fee relation for other backward people or merit students. They're not providing any material.

    Life in CUK is awesome.
Placements: Good placements, but there is a language barrier. There will be schools from Karnataka. There are average packages offered. Roles include teacher, economist, analyst, etc. I'm unaware of the companies. Only 1% of students were placed in my course. The low recruitment rate is a big problem.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for my course are good but a little bit slow. Classrooms are good. Medical facilities available here are somewhat okay. Sports and games facilities are also somewhat okay. The food is not suitable for me because of the taste.
Faculty: Good faculty. They teach valuable things. Yes, teachers are helpful, and they always teach for a bright future. The teaching quality is good. This course curriculum is relevant, but it doesn't make the students industry-ready. The semester is not a big thing for me.
Other: It's my interest in economics. The cultural activities are very good.

    Good college and better infrastructure.
Placements: Our college has good placement facilities. Approximately 85 percent of students were placed in our college with the highest salary package of 14.5 lacks per annum and the lowest salary package of 3 lacks per annum. Only 3 percent of students got internship.
Infrastructure: Excellent infrastructure and good facilities are available in our college; they provide Wi-Fi with unlimited access, labs with new equipment, and a and a library.. Hostel food quality is acceptable, and medical facilities are also available. Sports and cultural events are performed.
Faculty: Faculty members are having good qualifications and done with the higher degree. The teaching quality is good, with a very perfect explanation. Our course is not curriculum-relevant. Exams are easy if we read and practice daily.50 percent of marks required to pass the semester exams.

No placements and no internships. Highly disappointing.
Placements: There are no internships, projects, and placements. There is no growth in career. The institution is not much concerned about students employment or career. This is an autonomous university.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good. Regular water and spacious rooms are provided to students. Decent food is served in the hostel. Classrooms and the library have ACs installed. TV monitors in the classrooms help during presentations. No ACs ae there in the hostel rooms.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is not up to the mark. The teachers are not there for students nor provide ample knowledge. The college needs to improve the quality of its professors. They won't even take classes regularly nor provide a proper timetable. You need to read from the internet during the exams because they won't even recommend books.

Review of Central University of Karnataka (CUK).
Placements: At our time, the university was newly established. So students strength was average. Our batchmates are in a good position. All students joined in a good school and colleges. We cannot join in companies. We only get government jobs through writing competitive exams.
Infrastructure: Our college provides the required facilities for students. Our college does not provide canteen and medical facilities. Our college provides a good hostel and mess. There is no problem with food. Sports and games are conducted on year-end.
Faculty: Professors in our college were highly knowledgeable. As we are literature students, we got quality education. The course curriculum is good for students. Students can write exams and get government jobs.
Other: I have chosen this course because I was interested in literature. I studied literature deeply and passionately. Our college should create a competitive environment for preparing for the next step. I got a scholarship. Scholarship schemes are available for everyone. At the end of the year, our college organises a fest named Ankur.
