Central University of Karnataka admissions 2025 are open. A few more updates are as follows:
- UG and PG courses merit list for 2025 has been released course-, round-, and category-wise based on the CUET 2025 scores.
- The IIT JAM 2026 registration is open for admission to the MSc course, and the last date has been extended to Oct 20, 2025. The IIT JAM Exam 2026 will be held on Feb 15, 2026.
- The KCET Counselling 2025 Round 3 final seat allotment results have been published for admission to BE/BTech courses.
- The CUET PG 2026 registration process for admission to PG courses is expected to begin in Jan 2026.
- The CUET UG 2026 registration window is expected to open in the first week of Mar 2026 for admission to UG courses.
- The Karnataka PGCET 2025 counselling option entry process of round 2 has begun for admission to MBA, MCA, and ME/MTech courses, with the final date being Oct 23, 2025. Further, the publication of final seat allotment results is scheduled for Oct 24, 2025.

The eligibility criteria for scholarships at the Central University of Karnataka include being a Karnataka student belonging to categories such as SC/ST, OBC, Minorities, and EWS. Students must apply through the State Scholarship Portal of the Government of Karnataka.
As per the Central University of Karnataka cutoff 2023, the closing score for M.A. in English is 288, which is the highest score of all the PG courses. The next the highest score is 260 for M.Sc. in Psychology, followed by M.Sc. in Applied Geology at 229 for the General category students belonging to All India Quota. Candidates aspiring for Central University of Karnataka admission 2024 to PG courses, must have a valid score in CUET PG. For BTech, CUK is accepting both CUET-UG and JEE scores. For the courses BTech in Electronics and Communication and BTech in Electrical Engineering, 50% of seats will be filled on merit in the NTA-CUET (UG)-2023. The remaining 50% of the seats will be filled on the basis of performance in JEE–Main Exam (2023) who are eligible for writing JEE–Advanced 2022.
Central University of Karnataka accepts the Central University Entrance Test (CUET) scores followed by counselling for admission to its various UG courses.
