Central University of Karnataka was established in 2009 with a 654 acres of land. It is recognised by UGC and owns a NAAC accreditation of B+. The University offers courses through 10 constituent Schools while being a member of AIU. The University offers various 40 UG, PG, and doctoral courses, including BTech, BSc, BA, MA, B.Ed, MCA, MCom, MBA, and LLM among others. Admissions at Central University of Karnataka (CUK) are mostly entrance-based, except for some courses. For most of the UG and PG programs, you need to appear for the Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUET), which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to 12 central universities.

For B.Tech and M.Tech programs, you need to have valid JEE Main and GATE scores, respectively. For PhD programs, you need to qualify for a written entrance test and a personal interview conducted by CUK. You also need to meet the eligibility criteria of the course, such as having a minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying exam. Students have to register themselves on the portal of CUK Samarth. At the time of registration, students are required to pay a registeration fee to successfully submit the form. Apart from the registration fee, candidates are not required to pay any further application fee while filling out the form on university's official website. Central University of Karnataka admissions are currently ongoing. The university accepts students on the basis of entrance exams. Interested students can visit the official website of the university and apply through the CUK Samarth portal for the desired programme. Candidates should not that beyond the last date, no registrations or applications will be accepted.
