    Q:   Who is eligible for BCom Economics at Chitkara Business School?
    A: 

    Candidates who has twelve years of school education with atleast 50% aggregate are eligible for BCom Economics at Chitkara Business School. Eligible candidates must also fulfill the selection process, which includes group discussion and personal interview. Further, candidates with a Pearson Test scores and SAT scores are also accepted for BCom admission. Students might have to participate in a couselling process. 

    Q:   Can I join Chitkara Business School directly for the BCom course?
    A: 

    As per the admission policy of Chitkara University, direct admission is not applicable for the BCom course. To get admitted to the BCom course, candidates must have a valid score in the last qualifying exam followed by the group discussion and personal interview round. However, Chitkara Business School also accepts Pearson Test scores and SAT scores for admission to the BCom (Hons) course. Therefore, candidates with a valid SAT score can apply for the BCom course admission. However, before applying candidates must have Class 12 with 50% aggregate from a recognised board. 

    Q:   What is the cutoff of Chitkara University?
    A: 

    Chitkara University cutoff for admission to the B.Sc in Hospitality Administration course was 4062 for the General AI category students. This is the 2025 cutoff rank for the last round. In the first round, the NCHMCT JEE cutoff rank for the same course and category was 6366. 

    Q:   Is CUET required for Chitkara University?
    A: 

    The university accepts CUET scores for both undergraduate courses across various specializations. The university considers CUET scores for admission to its Integrated BBA, BSc, BDes, BPT and other programmes.     Best infrastructure and facilities.
    Placements: Overall, students were placed who have skills and industry-based knowledge. The highest package was 12 LPA and the average was 6 LPA. Top companies like KPMG, EY, and PwC offered top roles such as senior manager and accounts manager. Almost all students got internships through college referrals.
    Infrastructure: Luxury rooms were available; 1, 2, 3, and 4-seater rooms with CCTV footage. Wi-Fi was also provided with speeds up to 40 Mbps. Mess food is disappointing. Sports activities and a gym are also provided. Medical facilities are available 24/7, and there is a hospital at the main gate.
    Faculty: Teachers were really helpful, highly qualified, and have plenty of experience in the industry. The course curriculum is very relevant. Students were also provided with industry visits where we gained real experience. The pass percentage is 90%, and exams were not too difficult.
    Other: I chose this course because it provides me 9 exceptions for ACCA exams, and there is an improvement in this course. Events, fests, and scholarships are also provided for students.

    This university provides knowledge with fun.
    Placements: Nearly 75% of students were placed in business school. The average package ranges between 7 LPA - 8 LPA. Recruiting companies are EY, Amazon, and Deloitte. Nearly 80% of students get internships in companies like KPMG and roles like business research and data analyst are offered.
    Infrastructure: Classrooms are so well-maintained and fully equipped with furniture, AC, projector, powerpoints, beautiful view, ventilation, and washrooms are clean. Hostel facilities are good. Food is amazing and buses are so comfortable. It also provides adequate medical facility.
    Faculty: They also hire professional associates for our better understanding. The course curriculum is very flexible and relevant. They also provide us with internships and industry visits. Exams are organised in well-mannered and strict observations are done.
    Other: I have chosen B.Com with ACCA as it has global value. The best thing about my course is that it gives us insights about global accounting. They should also provide us with some real experience on monthly basis. Events are amazing and well-maintained. DJ nights are best here.

    Worth the money and with great experiences.
    Placements: As this is not the passing year for the 2023 batch, nearly 80% of students get placed in Big 4 and many other reputed companies. The lowest package offered was 4 Lacs per annum, and the highest was 22 Lacs per annum. Top recruiters like Big 4 (KPMG, Deloitte, etc.). Top roles offered are in fields such as Banking, Finance, etc.
    Infrastructure: The course-providing department is above average. The department provides an exclusive look to the college. Every department has its own Wi-Fi, labs, library with technical availabilities, classrooms with AC, events, and projectors. Hostel infrastructure is average. Mess food is average. Canteen food is better. Medical facilities are available for free inside the campus. Sports and games like Table Tennis, Cricket, and Pool are available.
    Faculty: The faculty is highly qualified and with high degrees. The teaching quality is awesome. The course curriculum is one of the best, in my opinion. With the experience gained, the students will be as industry-ready as they can be. So, to conclude, it's a good experience.

    Really good teaching faculty as well as infrastructure .
    Placements: University is good regarding placements. My passing year is 2022. Many students were placed in different companies in Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi, and Chandigarh. The companies include Byjus, Flipkart, Eclerex. The salary offered is INR 20,000 per month.
    Infrastructure: There are many facilities available such as a good library with no voice. Students can avail any book which they wish to. The classes are very nice with AC fittings. The food is also very tasty in hostel mess as well as in the square one. Good arrangement of sports.
    Faculty: Yes, the teachers are helpful and explain everything in a very nice way. Its module system is easily explained, so the exams are not quite tough. The teachers here are qualified with Ph.D. degree. They help the students to explain each and everything in a very simple way.
    Other: Being a commerce student I opted B.Com.

    Review of Chitkara University.
    Placements: College has 99% placement rate. More than 200 companies come to hire including Google, Deloitte, etc. Placements are very good. College provides seminars for students every year to make students understand. They provide exposure to students so that they earn knowledge.
    Infrastructure: College facilities are good and proper. Mess food is good and served with proper hygiene and proper sanitation. There are playgrounds for basketball, volleyball, cricket, and badminton. Wi-Fi facility is available for all departments. College has a lot of greenery.
    Faculty: Course syllabus is according to the university. It changes accordingly to how it is prescribed by the authorities. College provides the industrial exposure to everyone. Students are given an equal chance to go on industrial visits. Facilities are good for all things.
    Other: College provides discipline, safety and security, and a proper education system. I chose the B.Com course from Chitkara university because it was a deemed university and has a well-educated and extraordinary teacher. Dean of this department was very good and always take feedback to improve the problem which students face. Campus life was very good. There were lots of events organised by the university. Extracurricular activities were very good. There were many events that the university organise for day scholars and hostellers. There were some events like DJ night which university organise hostellers after sometimes.

    I would encourage others to take admission here and have great opportunities that college offers.
    Placements: Nearly 50% of students were placed from my course in reputed companies around India. No one has got such packages as they were appointed as trainees. There are different companies from every sector like banking, commercial, etc. Every student gets a chance to grab recruitment opportunities.
    Infrastructure: Everything needed for better opportunities is available under one roof like sports facility, gym, games including indoor and outdoor with professional courts. There is a different library for every department in their building.
    Faculty: Teachers make learning easy and exams are conducted in a way that it's not a burden. Moreover, teachers are PhD qualified and they help every student with their problems and enable them to make comfortable with their surroundings. Semester exams are not that easy and passing marks are easy to grab as the teacher explain everything in such an easy way.
    Other: Events are organised on regular basis to fresh up students minds from studies.
