Excellent placements and infrastructure, but curriculum needs to be updated.

Placements: Approximately 85% of students from my batch got placed. The highest package offered is 20 LPA and the lowest is 4 LPA. The average package is around 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies included TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Amazon, and Microsoft.

Infrastructure: The department is well-equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, modern computer labs, smart classrooms, and a comprehensive library with a vast collection of books and journals. The labs are updated with the latest software and hardware required for our coursework.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable, with many holding PhDs in their respective fields. They are approachable and always willing to help students understand complex concepts. The teaching quality is excellent, with a mix of lectures, practical sessions, and interactive discussions that enhanced our learning experiences. Course curriculum is quite relevant and is regularly updated to align with industry standards. It includes a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, which helps students become industry-ready. Additionally, the inclusion of projects and internships in the curriculum provides hands-on experience.

Other: I chose this course because of its strong curriculum and the reputation of the college in producing industry-ready graduates. The best things about the course are the experienced faculty members, the practical exposure through labs and projects, and the strong placement support provided by the college. I wish there were more industry visits and guest lectures from industry experts to provide real-world insights. Additionally, updating some of the course materials to include the latest technologies would be beneficial.

I would recommend joining this college.

Placements: Placements are average in our college. Around 50-60 out of 100 students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered ranges between 6 LPA - 7 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Walmart, etc.

Infrastructure: Hostels are very good. The food served in the mess is very good. It provides many other dishes at fests. Wi-Fi is provided in hostels. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. There are many canteens in our college.

Faculty: Teachers are very good and knowledgeable. Their teaching style is very good. The curriculum is very well-structured. We have one MST exam in our semester. Exams are difficult. If we prepare well with the help of teachers, we can pass exams easily. Teachers are very hardworking.

Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in computers. All subjects are very interesting. There should be a more in-depth study of subjects in our college. Our college conducts extracurricular activities.

I am fully satisfied with the facilities at our university.

Placements: The percentage of students who get placed in our course is 40%. The highest salary package is 5 LPA and the lowest is 0.5 LPA. Internships are given to 30% of students, which is good for their future and their studies. They get very good placements.

Infrastructure: It has a good infrastructure. It has a good campus with free Wi-Fi and a library. All the services in the hostel are good, including food, sports, and canteen. The canteen is very clean and all types of food are available there. It's all fun on the campus.

Faculty: The teaching is good and understandable. The teachers' behaviour is also very friendly and good. They try their best to make their students successful. Semester exams are normal if we have studied. The pass percentage is 40%.

Other: I love coding and want to enhance my skills by choosing this course. The best thing about our course is programming. The events and festivals on our campus are always fun and entertaining. It's really good to be there.

It is a really good campus with good placements.

Placements: I am in the batch of 2021 to 2024 of BCA. About 75% of students get placed every year from here in multinational companies. The highest salary package offered is up to 4 LPA, and the lowest package is up to 1.5 LPA. Some big companies like Wipro, Study Tech, Kelvinator, etc., come here.

Infrastructure: The campus has good facilities like Wi-Fi, library, and a hostel. The food available in the mess is good. Medical facilities, sports and games are wonderful. It is a well-organised university with everything we need. There are separate blocks for different departments.

Faculty: The teachers are good and well qualified. They are cooperative and well-behaved. Their teaching quality is the best. It is very relevant for further studies and makes students knowledgeable. Semester examinations are quite easy.

Other: I would like to choose this course because I love working on computers. I want the timetable to be improved. The campus crowd is good. The college is located in a city.

The greatest and bestest college in my life for the graduation and I would really prefer students.

Placements: Yes the placement here is really awesome l like the campus placement here because all the big companies from it industry and computer industry come for placement there is 100% of Placement in this University so all students after graduation have the job in their hands companies from all over the state country and foreign country come here to hire you.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure here is superb with all the updated facility available in all class the teachers are highly qualified the education for the students here done via projectors and also the markers are used for the teaching all the class contains efficient number of fans and lights with proper design for the learning and all class have AC there is Wis Wi-Fi facility available here and the labs are well-equipped design for the students only the problem in infrastructure is that all class have same design include labs and class.

Faculty: The teachers here are the bestest which are always helpful for the students some of the teachers are very well settled and very well qualified with the Ph.D. degree in various courses the teachers use projector here for teaching also for experience they help students for working on various projects so that they get experience in their respective fields.

Other: There are the lot of various events held for the students and teachers which helps the students to learn how to manage the events and support them and give them a platform to develop their skills their are 4-5 fest held in a year the crowd is average as it is situated in Punjab majority number of students here are Punjabi and Sindhi so sometime their is a language barrier campus is very large also their are various activities for the students in campus such as gym play area and many more the scholarship is also provided for the students for abroad studies from college.

The worst university. Take admission here if you want to spoil your future.

Placements: There is no placement, and teachers are really rude and sometimes misbehave with students. The highest package is 3 LPA, and least is as you can think. There are very less chances for everyone to get placement or an internship. It is the worst university. No teacher is cooperative about anything.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, but there is no good treatment in the girls' hostel, and the warden is full of herself and treats girls. behaves so badly even with her parents and is very rude with hostel students. This is seriously cheap and the mess food is not good at all, and no sports or games are in hostel is allowed

Faculty: Teachers are not helpful and not knowledgeable. Teachers speak Punjabi and teach in Punjabi, which is a red flag. Teachers don’t even know how to speak English. The exam level is the only thing where they match the student level otherwise, no one in the university respects students. Even the guards are rude.

Review of DAV University.

Placements: Students have to maintain above 70% in academics to get placements. If students study hard, they get many placement opportunities. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA and the lowest salary package was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Dell, HP, Wipro, and many more.

Infrastructure: All the facilities were available for students. It had a wide ground to play, a canteen with different food facilities, medical facilities, and a mess that served good food.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful whenever needed. They made students ready for the future. The pass marks were 40 in each subject.

Other: Scholarships were provided to the students belonging to Punjab by the Punjab education board. Scholarships should be given to all state students.

Good social life, questionable academic life.

Placements: I would not say placements are great. This year, there was the highest placement wine student who got placed for 20 LPA at vivnovation, which too not from our course department, and that's about it. Internships are started from the 2nd year, where they give the class as a whole to choose from selected locations. Top Roles include Data Scientist, Web Developer, AI/ML Engineer, etc.

Infrastructure: We have a lot of good labs, but lack projectors in the classrooms. We have a library, where you can study for exams. Wi-Fi is provided by the university. There is a wellness centre for medical care. For food, we have a student centre, i.e,canteen, where there are multiple shops from where you can have food. There is a big football ground, basketball court, and volleyball ground where inter department sports are held.

Faculty: There is a staff shortage and leniency all the time. Curriculum is alright. The syllabus is never fully completed. Industry experience comes from working in internships, etc. But theoretical knowledge is somewhat achievable here. It is really easy to pass exams, you need 40/100 marks in each subject. Mostly it is balanced as 25 practical and 75 marks theory. The level of exams is not that high either.

Other: From the events' point of view, the university has quite a social life. If you want to relax and study, this place is it. Extracurricular activities are good.
