It has good infrastructure, facilities, faculty, and 80% placement every year.
Placements: About 100% of students get placed in chemical engineering courses. The average salary package offered is 4-6 LPA and the highest package offered is 7-8 LPA. Reliance ltd. Jamnagar, GNSF, Wipro, Adani port, Atul ltd, and many companies like 17-20 companies visit for placement. About 100% of students got internships from the course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average It has the best lab equipment and is in the best condition. All books are available in the library and the library staff was very helpful and supportive. Wi-Fi is not available and some places have network issues. DDU college does not offer a hostel. If you are interested in this college, find out PG room then you can study. A canteen is available in our college.
Faculty: All faculties have many years of experience and are best at teaching. Most facilities are Ph.D. and they teach deeply. Any doubt you ask they clear it. In this college, in 1st semester, 3 internal exams of each department are conducted, and then average marks are counted and 1 external exam is conducted. Around 12 marks out of 36 marks for internal and 23 marks out of 60 marks needs to be secured for passing.
Other: I choose this course because of the good faculty and placement. I wish a hostel facility was offered for upcoming students. We celebrate a sports festival once a year.

Satisfied with everything in the university.
Placements: Currently, our seniors got good campus placements. Companies like Reliance, DCM, Shri Ram, Nayra, PI Aarti Industries, etc., came for campus placements. The highest package offered was 7.5 LPA. Around 65 students were placed, to my knowledge.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent in terms of environment and comfort. The infrastructure is in continuous development. All areas are being developed. Near the university, you can find many hostels and PGs. The course is the best.
Faculty: We have 3 internals+1 external exams. The faculty are outstanding and make an effort to make every concept clear for us. If we prepare well for the 3 internals, it becomes easier to clear the external exams. We also have viva and practical exams.
Other: If you are planning for chemical engineering, join DDIT, as it is the best.

This college is good for any engineering branch.
Placements: In the 2021 batch approx 45 students get placement. Only 2 students got placed in the 2020 batch. The highest salary package offered is 11.5 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Reliance and L&T Technology. Internships are offered from Infosys. The top role offered in our course is as a technical officer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university and for our department is very good. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and library are available, which are very good. In our university, the hostel is only available for medical students but not for other branches. There is no mess, but our college has a canteen with average food. The medical facilities are very good.
Faculty: The faculty has experienced more than 25 years. Our faculty members are qualified and knowledgeable, helpful, and they have better teaching quality. They also make students ready for the industry. This college also has the best internship programme for all branches.

Placements: Only 2 students got placed in the last batch. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Reliance, GNFC, DCM, Nirma and L&T Technology. Internships are offered by DCM and many other companies. The top roles offered in our course are technical officer and process engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university and our department is very good. The college has good facilities like Wi-Fi, auditorium, canteen, library etc. The library has many books related to our syllabus and also competitive exams.
Faculty: Our faculty members are qualified and knowledgeable. They are friendly with us so that we can ask them our doubts and discuss other problems too. The college has a different exam pattern from other colleges. 80 to 90% of students pass the exams. This course is curriculum-relevant.
Other: The college has two types of seats, GIA and SFI. GIA and SFI are good and value for money. The college provides scholarships along with Mysy scholarship. In India, there is a scope found in chemical engineering, and I can have a bright future in this field, so I chose this field.

Placements: There are 120 students in the chemical engineering 2020 batch, and almost 70-80% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered by Reliance was 7.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Reliance, GNFC, GSFC, GACL, RIL, Opal, Jubilant life sciences, Atul chemicals, Coromandel fertilizers, Nirma Limited, Torrent Pharma, Zydus Cadila, Aarti Industries Limited, DCM Shriram, etc., visit our college to hire students. Around 75-80% of the students from our course got an internship. From the 7th semester, we are eligible for placements.
Infrastructure: Our college has huge and spacious classrooms with a multimedia facility. It has top instruments in the laboratories. It has a computerised library. It provides high-end computers with an internet of 500 Mbps. It has machine rooms. The hostel is not for B.Tech students, and it is only for medical students. Many hostels and PGs are located near the college. The quality of the hostel and their food is the best. In college, the canteen food and breakfast are the best and very affordable. Desai Hospital is located near the college.
Faculty: The course syllabus was very much in line with the technologies we use in the real world. Faculty members teaching quality is pretty good with an interactive environment. About 75% of attendance is also compulsory here. There are a total of 5-6 exams in a single semester, and the pass percentage is 33%. Faculty members are well-educated and helpful.

DDU College (Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Engineering or any other DDU you might mean) usually follows the state or university admission rules for B.Tech courses. Most government or government-aided colleges don’t have a separate management quota like private colleges do.
