I am not satisfied as a design student of animation and VFX, cant say if they will get us placed.

Placements: There were almost 25 students in our batch and we are going to pass out in 2028. Lets see, if we get placed or not because this course is new in our college. Though UI UX designers can be placed with a salary package of 30 LPA. But as I want to be an animator or VFX designer, i will not promote this course in our college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of DIT University can be given a 4/5. It can be improved some . Food quality of the hostel is bad. One day we got a worm in food then we protested. While coming to the college, we get a bad smell of sewer. The college doesn't have ground and sports and the infrastructure is not pretty well.

Faculty: Faculty members of design school are good. Can't say about curriculum activities because they do not teach much as a VFX or animator IG. Semester exams are okay in design. Exams are for 50 marks but they don't teach according to the exams. In our block, they provide PDFs and we have to read and get information from the internet.

Other: The college is good for technological students like B.Tech and all. But for animation or VFX I can't say it is good. I chose this course because the image of the college is good in Dehradun and because of the location.

Satisfied with the teachers and faculty, placements are just okay, and infrastructure is good.

Placements: 40% of students get placed every year. The highest package served was15 LPA and the lowest package was 4 LPA in recent years. Don't know much about the companies in which we get placed. 60% students get internships. Web designer is the most desired post offered to us.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is actually good in our department. Our department is known for its unity and the functions it provides. Wi-Fi is also available. Classrooms are very wholesome. Every department has its own library. Hostel is actually very basic. Food quality is just okay. Canteen of the college gives best vibes. We have a rooftop canteen. If you are fond of sports then DIT is not for you. Indoor games are available but for outdoors, you can only play basketball and badminton.

Faculty: Teachers are actually very helpful. Teaching quality is good. The course is curriculum relevant. Projects given to us provide a lot of knowledge of the industry and they make us industry ready. Semester exams do not pressurize us. Pass percentage is 90%.

Other: I wanted to enter IT sector that's why I chose this course. Events are just epic. Clubs and committee provide a lot of extracurricular activities.

It provides the best faculty members and infrastructure.

Placements: The students who score 6 CGPA are placed. The lowest salary pacakge offered is 5 LPA, and the average salary pacakge offered is 8 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. Students who get 6 CGPA get internships in new startups and top companies. The top roles offered are interior designer, architecture, engineering, uiux designer.

Infrastructure: It provides air-conditioned and projector in all classes also available. Drinking water is available on all floors, and Wi-Fi is available on campus. It provides a big library. In the hostel, students have cold and hot water facilities. The washrooms are clean, and the food served is average in this college.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified from IIT, and they have good knowledge. The teaching quality is average, and this course makes students ready for their industry. Exams are moderate. The passing percentage is 50%, and everyone can easily pass the exam.

Other: Every day different events are held in this college.

College is overall recommended as the design faculty here is very good .

Placements: Top roles offered are ux designer ux researcher product designer etc. And placement are overall average Company coming here are Deloitte Wipro etc. Which is great chance to grab opportunity This year placement were not that much known to us but it seems this time also good .

Infrastructure: Hostel is okay not to speak much about the hostel and food is average not very good and not so bad hostel rooms are good washrooms are good maintaining good Maintanence se we all are happy but mess food is really a big issue which should be sorted early.

Faculty: Teacher are good From 3rd year live project chances are given so well developed opportunities for everyone Teachers are very good Regular session are taken so this is very good College is strict for academics but students should also be serious for this .

Other: Overall infrastructure is good Facilities are almost good and can be improved .

Overall, the college is great. I am satisfied with my journey .

Placements: I have not graduated yet but the placement for UI/UX is amazing; I have seen many people get great packages. Companies like Adobe do recruit for my course.

Infrastructure: The hostel is a no. A very bad hostel mess is there. I don't like the food at all but its a pretty great college, especially the design building. The classes are nicely spaced and equipped with Wi-Fi. The library has an AC. I find the campus pretty good.

Faculty: The faculty is helpful. It helps you work on yourself and helps you do better. Classes are nicely spacious and the exams are conducted under strict supervision. Teachers are qualified and skilled. Young and old faculty members are present for modern knowledge and experience.

Other: Fest is a beautiful part of the college. The campus crowd is average—not that good—but you can find people with your vibe too.
