CSE at Galgotias: Productive but improving.

Placements: Overall placement rate is around 98% in recent drives. The overall (across courses) average package is about 5.4 LPA. The overall highest package in some drives is 150 LPA (for certain special offers/international placements), while domestic offers are around 39 LPA. Major firms include Microsoft, Amazon, and American Express.

Infrastructure: The campus spans around 52 acres, designed with landscaped green and modern academic buildings. Classrooms and lecture halls are air-conditioned, spacious, and smart. Many rooms come with multimedia facilities (projectors/LED/LCD, smart boards, audio-visual support) for interactive teaching. For labs, computing facilities, and general internet access: the entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled (broadband/leased-line), with good bandwidth for academic use. For boys, the hostel capacity is about 1,400 students; for girls, it’s around 280+ (per recent official data). Room types include AC and non-AC options. Rooms are furnished. There are shared occupancy options (twin/triple, depending on hostel type), giving some flexibility.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their quality of teaching is very good. The course makes us industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately tough. You can pass them through only college material, no need for maximum knowledge.

Other: I’m from the B. Tech CSE batch. I chose this course for good placements and strong technical exposure. The best part is the practical labs and industry-oriented teaching. I wish the coding culture and faculty interaction improved. The campus has active fests, a good crowd, decent connectivity, scholarships, and many extracurricular activities.

Strong placement, supportive faculty, and vibrant campus life.

Placements: I graduated from an engineering course at Galgotias University. In my batch, around 95-98 percent of eligible students got placed. The highest package reached about 39 LPA, and the average package is around 5 LPA-5.5 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Capgemini, Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, and HCL.

Infrastructure: The college has Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a large library. Hostels are clean with security, decent mess food, and the canteen has many food options, medical help, sports like football, cricket, basketball, and gym facilities added to the students ' lives. Labs are updated.

Faculty: The faculty in my course are knowledgeable and supportive, with good teaching quality. The curriculum is updated and industry-oriented. The semester exams are moderate in difficulty, and most students passed comfortably. The teachers are generally qualified and helpful.

Other: I chose the course for its industry focus and placement scope. Loved the practical learning and events like GQuasar. The campus crowd is friendly, the good club, and easy connectivity.

I'm satisfied because of the opportunities this campus gives, there is so much you can get.

Placements: I would say 60 to 70% of students are placed. Some with a higher package and some with a lower package. The highest package is around 20 to 30 LPA, the average package is 5 to 6 LPA, and the minimum package is around 3 LPA. Recruiting companies are Wipro, Mahindra, Infosys and many more. Approximately 40% to 50% people got internships. Top roles are SDE (Software Developer Engineer).

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are very good. Well-maintained classroom, library and labs also. Wi-Fi work fine everywhere on campus. The quality of facilities in the hostel is good, and the food is also very good. They serve different food every day and maintain hygiene. Medical facilities are also available 24/7. For students, sports facilities are also available.

Faculty: Some of the teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable, but some are not very good. You have to learn yourself for some subjects. The course is very curriculum-relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The semester exam is neither too difficult nor too easy, medium level.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in coding. One thing that can be improved is that the teaching is all done via PPT. There are boards in class, but the teacher doesn't use them. Talking about Events and fests, in this matter, this college is the best, every month there are some extracurricular activities going on, including events and fests and all these things.

College is a well-structured, neat and clean environment, and gives opportunities.

Placements: I have not seen placement yet because I am in 1st year, but as a senior told me, the placement is really fine, and the return on investment ratio is good. Students who score around 95% are placed almost 99%. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Deloitte and many more. The software engineer role is mostly offered at our university.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really well structured. Everything is well structured here and accurate, and the main factor is that the university is time-punctual. All the facilities available here in the university, like in labs, we can go to the robotics lab, the 3d printer lab and many more labs we can explore in the university. The quality of facilities is, in actuality, very premium and modernisable.

Faculty: Faculty is fine and decent, which means like above average. Teachers are helpful after the lecture, and in the lecture, they help us to overcome our doubts. So, according to me, the faculty has no big issue. There is no problem with the faculty. The course is curriculum-relevant according to the modern era of AI because the university works on the basics, then goes on to advance in the curriculum. So the course curriculum is also above average.

Placements: In our batch, about 82 to 85 percent of students found jobs through campus requirements. The highest package offered is around 12 LPA to 14 LPA and the average package is 4.5 to 5.5 LPA. The lowest package is approximately 2.5 LPA.

Infrastructure: Smart projectors, computer labs, Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, and a department library with up-to-date books and digital resources are all features of our department. Modern systems and software needed for hands-on learning are available in the labs.

Faculty: The majority of the instructors in our course provided clear explanations of concepts using examples from real-world situations, and they are all helpful, knowledgeable, and qualified. Overall the quality of instruction is good, and the teachers are good.
