Please do not take admission in my college.
Placements: The percentage of students in my course is 1,350. No package offered by the college, no companies are available in our course. We can get many internships from our course, like Banks, CA firms, Management, digital data, and many more, however, no top roles are offered in our college.
Infrastructure: We have a library, but fewer books are available there. Wi-Fi only for union body, staff, and teachers, the quality of canteen food is okay, not good, no medical facilities available in the college, but near our college. A government hospital is available, but not in the college.
Faculty: 2 to 3 teachers are good, but not all of they do not know how to talk with students and how to behave. They do classes like schools, 9 am to 2 pm, and they hold exams like we are aspirants, the passing percentage is 5 CGPA, I guess, but some teachers are very good and help us.
Other: I chose this course for banking knowledge, and if we know from the 1st stage about banking or finance, it will help us to crack the banking exams. It would be better if we got many internships related to our course.

Review of Kokrajhar Government College.
Placements: There is no placement for students, they have to find internships for themselves. There is no college support, and no company comes for jobs. Students passing out only have a degree, nothing else. People here are only for the degree, not for any placement or something, so don’t expect placement or internship.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Nearby is the railway station and bus station. There is no college hostel available, but there are private PGs which are good, though they charge extra. The food in the canteen is good, and you can get everything you want. Classrooms have digital boards, and Wi-Fi is available all over the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and the number of teaching staff is very good. They help you with everything. The teachers are very qualified and have vast knowledge of the subject. The course is currently very up to date with the university, and the principal is very good.
Other: I passed out this year in April. I will miss my college, especially the fests, which were the best part of it. If you belong to a non-general or BPL category, you can get a scholarship.

The campus is small without any AC.
Placements: There are no placement offers. Internships and moot court are available. There is no placement, and no companies or firms come for placement. Only internship leave is provided by the college. Moot courts and seminars are provided by the college. There is no auditorium.
Infrastructure: The library is clean and full of books and previous years' question papers. The AC is in poor condition in the classrooms. Not all classrooms have AC. There is no Wi-Fi. Some classes have AC while some do not, so students have to attend classes no matter how hot the weather is.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. The non-teaching staff is helpful. They have very good behavior. Some teachers are very helpful and will be the best teachers you will ever have in your student life, while there are some teachers who make you wish you never took admission to the college.

The oldest engineering college of the Northeast has a great legacy.
Placements: Many reputed companies like OIL, NRL, Vedanta, L&T, Ashok Leyland, and many more visit the campus for placement drives and select students with good academics and the required skills. Approximately 50 to 60% students get placed. Almost all students with a good CGPA get internships in many reputed companies/PSUs like OIL, IOCL, NRL, APDCL, POWERGRID, and many more.
Infrastructure: AEC has well equipped classrooms, labs, workshops, a library, and a canteen. There are 8 boys hostels and 1 girls hostel with good Wi-Fi facilities. The sports culture is good on campus. AEC also provides transportation facilities. Many sports events take place throughout the year. Inter Hostel Tournaments also take place.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant as per industry needs, which makes the students ready for jobs, along with good communication and leadership skills. Exams are fairly structured, focusing on conceptual clarity rather than wrote learning.

Needs major improvements in placements, faculty & infrastructure.
Placements: The placement opportunities are very limited in this college. Most companies that visit are local or small-scale with low packages. Only a few students get placed, and average salary is not satisfactory. The college needs to focus more on inviting reputed companies and providing proper training.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average. The classrooms are basic with limited modern facilities. Labs are functional but not fully equipped. Hostel facilities are decent but need improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. Sports facilities are minimal and outdated.
Faculty: The faculty is supportive but not very experienced in terms of industry exposure. The teaching style is mostly theoretical. Curriculum is outdated and not aligned with current industry needs. Exams are conducted on time, but focus only on written learning rather than practical skills.
Other: Campus life is average. There are some cultural events and small fests, but not many extracurricular activities. Student clubs are limited, and participation is low. Hostel life is okay, but lacks vibrancy.

I am average satisfied with my college experience so far.
Placements: There is no such thing called placements in our college. It is not a university, of course. No internship is there for us or any other individual regarding this course because it is only a normal bachelor's course and not some NIT or IIT thing, so no such thing.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and labs are not available for our course. Classrooms are available. The library is also available. The quality of food is average. Medical facilities are not up to the mark. Sports and games rarely take place on the campus, or you can say only on special occasions.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but sometimes do not respond at all. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are from top universities and institutions. Teaching quality is also good. It doesn't make the students industry-ready at all. Semester exams are quite difficult. Pass percentage is 95%.
Other: I chose this course as I love this subject and like to know about society.
