MSIT is a good college in terms of private colleges.
Placements: In the 2025 batch, around 382 students are placed. 382 students got 428 offers. Around 70 students got a more than 9 LPA package. Major recruiters are Infosys, ION, ZS, etc. The highest package is 36 LPA for ECE. ION gave 17.3 LPA to 20 students. ZS gave 13.65 LPA to 32 students.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly. Labs are very well-equipped, in good condition, and are AC-equipped. Classrooms have only fans. Hostel rooms from the 2nd year onwards are allotted on the basis of college attendance and CGPA. The canteen is available, but a variety of food is not available.
Faculty: Teachers are very well qualified and supportive. There is a 75% attendance criterion, but you will be allowed to give the exam at 60% attendance. The course is not so hard. It is easy to score a 7.5+ GPA. Marks are 40 internal and 60 external. Book Bank issues books for the complete semester, so there is no need to reissue books. The institute provides industrial visits to students, but only for students whose attendance is above 75%.
Other: College is good for academics and placement. Class timings are bad: 8 AM to 2:30 PM. Prefer to choose shift 2, which starts at 10 AM, if you travel quite a distance. No scholarship from the institute, but available at the university level. Good connectivity by bus and metro.

You can go for it. Otherwise, no.
Placements: Average placements are there, but now they may be trying for better ones. However, there is no guarantee of placement, and you have to secure around a 7.5 GPA, which creates fuss and frustration for students. So choose carefully. Since it is IPU-affiliated, you can join, but keep better options first.
Infrastructure: In labs, most keyboards are broken. Classrooms have AC.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, but there is pressure for PPT presentations and assignments. You may also face difficulty with time management. Still, it is not too bad, but if you are eligible for a more top-notch institute, go for that first and keep this as your backup plan.
Other: It is my IPU CET score. The fee is hiked up, so choose carefully if finance is one of your reasons. Again, keep the best option first if you are sure you will get admission at a top and money-worthy college. Otherwise, you can apply for this too. I am not saying it is too bad, as something is better than nothing.

Absolutely dissatisfied with this college.
Placements: There are almost no companies that come to the campus for placements. Least unknown and small companies arrive but only 1 or 2 students get placed. Courses offered by this college are B.Tech in CSE and AI. There are almost no internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The campus is not so big. There is no ground in this college which leads to a very bad college life. There are no opportunities related to physical games. There is Wi-Fi in every building but the speed is awfully slow. The canteen is also not so good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful is a good aspect of this college There are still some very rude teachers but the majority are very supportive. The course curriculum is not relevant in today's time. They teach us things that have no value now.

A very brief review of MAIT.
Placements: Placements are not good. For good packages, you have to rely on off-campus placements. There are societies here that can add value to your resume like team Jatayu. On-campus internships are also almost non existent. You have to get an internship yourself as there is no support for that in college.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi does not work, and internet speed is very slow inside classrooms. I am not a hostel student but have heard that the mess food is pretty good. Sports facilities are very bad, and the ground is also very small. There is a badminton court but that is also paid.
Faculty: Some teachers are pretty cool and good but some are just miserable so just beware. Faculty members are overall good, and attendance is pretty lenient from what I have heard from seniors. Even some teachers told us that you have time to do other stuff also.

Dissatisfied with the faculty, placements are decent, and good crowd, etc.
Placements: As a first year student, the placements are average here. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA. Amazon used to come in 2021, but since then, it has not come here. If you have skills, you will be placed with a good package.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are just like school, with wooden desks and old whiteboards with no smart board. There are two ACs in each classroom, which is a good thing, but sometimes its not working. If we talk about, for example, labs, CSE labs, AI labs, Chemistry labs, then they are well maintained, and the facilities are pretty good in the labs.
Faculty: Teachers are very decent, not much interaction, just completing the course, and no matter whether the students understand the concept or not. The curriculum is, however, the same as that of almost every college in India. Though teachers are usually strict and do not stretch the deadline for attendance, they may even extend the date for submission of assignments and other materials.
Other: If you do not get into an IIT, IIIT, NIT, DTU, or NSUT, then it can be an option for you.

Satisfied with the faculty and studies. Not so good campus. Not good enough crowd.
Placements: To be honest, being a law student, we didn't even get any internship too, even in the very first year. We had to do everything on our own. Though 2 students just got selected in the judiciary from the already pass-out batches, but that was their own hard work. Many students have been selected at good posts too, but that all is just the students' hard work, and the college didn’t do anything in providing placements, not even any internships.
Infrastructure: The college campus is really very small. Not even any department students are allowed to go to any other department's wing. It becomes equivalent to a crime. Apart from that, though we have an amphitheater where functions take place in good weather (it being open) and a moot court for moot competitions. Classrooms are fine, school-type looking, and the library is big, where you can't go without the library card. The canteen is good and fine, has a lot of options. Though the medical facilities are not so good. There's no ground for sports as the college is really small.
Faculty: The teachers are merely good, good at teaching. They all provide good PPTs for studying and notes. It is good in academics with good teachers who don't miss lectures. The course is curriculum-relevant and the moot competitions and other events organized provide a good forum for the students to learn and henceforth make them industry-ready. Semester exams are mid, the pass percentage is 40%. Though the college does not give marks easily in the internal examinations.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in legal studies and wanted to learn more in it. It provides wide options to you and gives a lot of openness and awareness of the things that go around you. It would have been better if judiciary counseling and study were included in it. Events keep happening, all depending on your awareness and participation in college activities, the college organizes fests too, though not so good and grand. The campus crowd consists of most of the children being the nearby people who take admission due to the minimal distance. Not so studious crowd. Connectivity is good via metro and good roads. Campus surroundings are okay. Not so good or bad. Many companies nearby at little distance. No scholarship provided. Many extracurricular activities happen for the interested students.
