To get admission to MD course at GGSIPU, candidate must have attained a valid rank in NEET PG. If you belong to the General AI category, then you can get admission to the college if your rank is below 60874. Thus, the General AI category candidates can get admission to the college with 50000 rank in AYUSH. However, at this rank, candidate can get admission to BAMS but not BHMS.

Yes, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts a Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to BSc, BCA, BCom (Hons), B.Ed, BA (JMC), BHMCT, BBA, BA (Hons), BVoc, BPT, BPO, BOT, BASLP, BSc MLT, MSc, MA, MEd, MPT, MOT and MPO courses. IPU CET exam 2026 application forms for other courses, open tentatively in March every year. As per the IP University 2023 brochure, the duration of all the MCA courses is two-year. The course is further divided into semester pattern. There are four semesters during the course. The syllabus might also be defined semester-wise. Candidates have to pass all the semester exams in order to get a MCA degree from IPU.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University BCA admission is yes but the admission will be done based on the performance of candidates in four rounds which are IPU CET entrance test, counselling round and then the admission is done. Nevertheless, the University will also be able to admit CUET-qualified candidates to the BCA course once the CET merit list has been depleted. Those who had interest are required to apply by paying the required fee of INR 2,500 to be admitted to the course of BCA in IP University.  

The total seats available for the IPU B.Ed programmes is 1,900. Additionally, the seats for B.Ed special courses is 243 (As per past years' data). It includes the seats available in the affiliated colleges. At the time of seat allotment, candidates are admitted as per this seat intake only. For last year, the closing rank for BTech +M.Techin Computer Science Engineering was 15339 which is very close to this range. This was for the general category under the All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut-offs keep changing year on year, it's advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Aspirants who have completed their graduation with a minimum of 50%-60% aggregate are eligible to apply for MBA programme at GGSIPU. Candidates with a 50% score in graduation can also apply provided the requirement of aggregate is 50% or below. For MBA specialisations requiring 60% or above aggregate, candidates need not get admission with 50%.  

For admission to BBA course in any of the IPU-affiliated colleges, aspirants must meet the eligibility criteria. To be eligible, candidate must be a Class 12 or equivalent exam pass from a recognised board with at least 50% aggregate. Moreover, candidate shall have studied English (core/ elective/ functional) as a mandatory subject in Class 12. For verification purposes, the aspirants also have to present the pass certificate and other documents during form filling and at the time of admission confirmation.

Yes, admission to MBA programme is based on entrance exam. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University accepts various national and university level entrance exams. Candidates must qualify for IPU CMAT, IPU CET, CAT and MAT to be able to get a seat at Glocal University. The basic eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% - 60% aggregate from a recognised university. To score good marks in the entrance exams, candidates must solve as many mock tests as possible. There are many mock tests available online. Candidates can attempt some free CAT Mock Test and MAT mock test for better preparation.

For IPU B.Ed admission, candidate should hold a bachelor's degree and/ or in Master’s degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanities, Engineering or Technology with at least 50% aggregate, or Bachelor‘s in Engineering or Technology with a specialisation in Science and Mathematics with a minimum of 55% aggregate.
