GIET University MTech Courses & Fee 2025: Admission Dates, Placement & Ranking

Candidates looking to apply for the programmes offered at GIET University are advised to go through the prospectus and ensure that they fulfil the eligibility. Eligible students can apply for the desired course on the university's website. Admission to most of the courses offered by the university are done through valid entrance scores. Hence, aspirants must either provide a valid scorecard of the accepted exam or appear for the GIETEE. In some cases, students need to participate in the counselling for seat allotment. Selected candidates musy pay the tuition fees to secure their seat in the university. 

No, GIET University does not accept direct admissions for any of its courses. Students must fulfil both the eligibility and selection requirements before applying for any of the offered courses. The university accepts students primarily on an entrance basis. Aspiring candidates must provide the valid score of the accepted exam or appear for the GIETEE conducted by the university itself. GIET University accepts several national and state-level entrance exams for admission to its BTech programme. Further, the university also conducts its own exam to shortlist the candidates. Some of the accepted exams are JEE Mains, OJEE, MAT, XAT, CAT, CMAT, etc. Alternatively, candidates looking to apply for the BTech, MBA, MCA, BSc courses offered at GIET University can also apply for the GIETEE exam through the university's official website. 

GIET Engineering Entrance Examination usually conducts from 18 Apr to 27 May for Computer Based Exam. The paper based examination will be conducts on 19 May & 26 May. The duration of the entrance examination is two hours. This is to note that, the dates mentioned here is to give an overall idea of the entrance exam. The dates may vary further.
