GLA University DPharm applications can be submitted in two modes, online and offline. Students who wish to submit the application online required to fill out the form available on the official website of the university. The form enquires about basic information such as Class 10 and 12 marks, contact details, address details, personal details (name, phone number, etc.). The application fee for DPharm course is INR 700 and can pe paid via various online payment options.

Students who wish to apply offline, can download the application form through the official website of the university and submit it to the admission office along with the required documents.

• For SC/ST Candidates - Candidates whose parent’s annual income is less than INR 2 Lacs and who belong to SC/ST categories are eligible to avail of scholarships through the social welfare department (Samaj Kalyan Vibhag) of UP Govt.
• For General & OBC candidates (Economically weak)- Candidates whose parents' annual income is less than INR 2 Lacs are eligible to avail of scholarships through the social welfare department (Samaj Kalyan Vibhag) of UP Govt.

However, the scholarships are limited and are to be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Thus students must apply timely.
