Admission in GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology BTech course is entrance-based. Yes, GBPUAT offers MCA for two-years at the PG level. The course is spread across four semesters. Candidates need to pass CA/ BSc with Mathematics from a recognised university/ BSc Information Technology/ BSc Computer Science to apply for GBPUAT MCA programme.

The internship opportunities are provided to the students of BSc course at GBPUAT. These internships aim towards developing the practical knowledge and understanding towards the subject. These internship opens up variety of scope for the students to understand their subject of interest and pursue it further. 

PhD students at GBPUAT are open to fellowship. Two fellowships in each discipline are to be awarded at INR 6,000 per month based on merit to the eligible students admitted in the discipline for 36 months. If the total number of fellowships thus provided are not utilised due to any valid reasons whatsoever, the university shall be free to redistribute the allocation of the vacant fellowship position and award the same to other students who could not be granted fellowship in the first instance due to the
aforesaid restriction of two fellowships in each discipline.
