I love this college for it's teachers. They organize several events for students. Placement is best.
Placements: The excellent top role offered in the course is 66 LPA. I think around 60+ students can sit in the exam for placement, and it depends on the course that what course you are doing for the internship. I have some friends who know the things, and sometimes I asked them, they said they love that they are part of GEU.
Infrastructure: I don't live in the hostel, but my friends do love it there. They say that the hostel food is good, and they are satisfied with the quality of the hotel. The food intake is good, we have a mess and 4 canteens. There are medical facilities and sports, and you can take part in several sports.
Faculty: The faculty members are good, and the curriculum is good. They teach us very nicely and are very helpful. Semester exams are not so hard if you learn and think carefully. The passing percentage is around 50%. I think the course makes students industry-ready. The maximum teachers are Ph.D. qualified.
Other: I chose this course because I plan to go for a government job. The best thing about this course is the teachers. Events, fests, campus crowd, scholarship, and activities are available. There is so much, and you can participate in each thing.

Alumni of Graphic Era university.
Placements: While there aren't any specific placements for our course, the university offers joint placements where English honors students are eligible. In addition, many students from my batch are working in corporate jobs that they obtained through placements outside the college. These students are earning a good salary.
Infrastructure: The best thing about Graphic Era is the infrastructure. The campus is huge, with different buildings for every department. We can register for Wi-Fi and use it for free the entire time we are in college. Graphic Era also provides us with free access to Microsoft Office, and the hostels are just a short walk away from the college and are very clean.
Faculty: The curriculum at my college is inspired by Delhi University, and the subjects in each semester are different but related to each other. There are two exam terms in each semester, and if we do well, we can win awards at events.
Other: Graphic Era University offers a wide range of courses to choose from. The faculty are very learned and cooperative. The fests and events are something to remember. You can opt for NSS and NCC programs if you want to get involved in almost every activity that is going on in college. The food in the canteens is great but the canteens are crowded most of the time. The crowd in college is what makes it the best place to be.

College experience of mine.
Placements: Many students after B.A. Eng Hons opt for higher studies in our course, but a few students also get placed in companies they are interested in, and the roles that are frequently offered are content writers and tele-callers, etc. The placement process was seamless, with regular updates and support throughout. The college's strong industry connections and reputation played a significant role in attracting prestigious companies to our campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very nice. The college is occupied on a large, spacious place. Classrooms include digital classes, and there are 3 big libraries in our college. Labs are fully equipped, and Wi-Fi is available 24/7 on campus. Hostel quality is very nice, and there are 3 big canteens on campus with many small snack shops available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good, and the course curriculum is also excellent. Semester exams are not much difficult; they are based on whatever we have been taught in our classes. We are taught different languages also if students are interested.

I am extremely satisfied with the facilities of the college.
Placements: Most of the students got placed in our course. Google, Amazon, Wipro, and various other companies visited our campus for recruitment. About 75% of students got internships and they were placed in highly paid jobs. Different job roles were offered in different companies.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are provided to the students in our college. The campus is clean and well maintained. The food served is hygienic. High-speed Wi-Fi connection is provided on campus. Different courts are available for sports and games. The library has all the course-related books.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Their method of teaching is extremely good. The syllabus provided is relevant to the course. Semester examinations help the students evaluate their knowledge and skills.

Q:   Is it good to pursue BA in English literature?
    A:
Hi Balaji, Once graduated in B. A. (Hons.) English literature, you could do your M.A. or an MBA. There are several higher study options for meritorious graduates in English language and literature, such as journalism and mass communication; management; tourism administration; law; international relations; linguistics; communication management; film editing and direction; visual communication; and library and information science and forms of creative arts like drama and cinema. You can explore the option of doing some specialised post graduate courses for which graduation is needed in the field of media, multimedia, public relations, foreign languages, teaching, social work, finance, retail, design, hospitality, stocks, aviation etc. based on your interests and strengths. If you have a flair for writing, have good communication skills and a reading habit, journalism or mass communication is a good choice. You could also opt for academic careers like teaching and research and particularly training. English language training is a big and growing sector in India with jobs freelance and full-time options as an English language trainer or a voice and accent trainer. English can also help in being a part of call centres, TV, Radio, reporting and also in the advertising industry. You can also work in an embassy. I hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Wish you luck.
