According to the Gujarat University MCom eligibility criteria, a candidate must have passed the qualifying examination for one the following courses from a UGC-recognised university:

• BCom
• BBA
• Equivalent degree of any recognised university

A candidate who has passed the qualifying examination from a university other than Gujarat University is required to obtain a Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEC) from Gujarat University.

Step 1: Gujarat University Application Process 2025

For Gujarat University admission, the first step is to fill out an online application form. Candidates are required to visit the official website of Gujarat University to apply for the course of their choice. They also have to pay an application fee before submitting the application form.

Step 2: Selection Rounds 

Candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for each course to get admission. For some courses, such as MBA and PhD, candidates may be required to qualify for entrance exams. However, admission to courses such as UG Diploma, BA, BPA, and BDes, is based on the aspirant's marks in the last qualifying examination. The eligibility criteria for admission to all the undergraduate and postgraduate programme is different at Gujarat University. As per the basic eligibility criteria for admission to UG programmes, the candidates must have qualified class 12 or equivalent exam with a minimum of fifty percent aggregate.
