Candidates seeking admission to GNDU UG Diploma programme must meet the eligibility criteria. Hence, the applicant should be a Class 12 or equivalent pass from a recognised board. The university admits candidates based on their performance in the last qualifying examination. Applications are accepted by the university via online mode. This course is included under the four-year BSc course and candidates exiting the course after two-year are awarded with UG Diploma.

The total tuition fee for UG Diploma programmes offered at GNDU main and other campuses ranges between INR 3,620 - INR 47,660. The total course fee will include more fee components such as the security deposit, enrolment fee, etc. This fee is as per an unofficial source. Hence, the actual fee may vary. Candidates are advised to reach out to the GNDU admission office for complete information on the fee structure.

The University will release a merit list of candidates selected for the counselling round on its official website soon after the declaration of GNDU GMET result. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear at the university main campus for interview rounds along with the required documents. Candidates must report at the alloted date and time, failing which candidate's request for change in date and time will not be entertained.

Guru Nanak Dev University conducts GMET for admission to Management courses offered at its Main and regional campuses. The university usually opens registration for GMET in May and closes by second week of July. The exam is usually conducted in July every year in online mode for 150 minutes.
