The regional campus of the University is located in Jalandhar. GNDU RC has five departments, including the Department of Engineering & Technology, Punjabi, Law, Journalism & Mass Communication and Research & Development. These five departments collectively offer seven courses at UG, PG and doctoral levels. GNDU has received global recognition with alumni associated with top-notch companies around the world. It is the first university in Punjab that has received the Category-I status by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
