Not so much good, I think there are better options too at this budget and range.

Faculty: Teachers are not highly experienced in the field of what they are teaching. They appoint a fresh teacher who serves for 2 to 3 years only, and has much knowledge of the field. A teacher of digital electronics is appointed to teach DBMS, and they are not able to explain it properly.

The infrastructure is not that good, but okay. Teachers are very helpful. They help new students.

Faculty: All the teachers are well-qualified and helpful to students. They are knowledgeable and experienced. The difficulty level of DAV PG College is moderate, and it is easy to pass any semester. The passing mark out of 100 is 35. All degrees help students to get the best jobs.

Review of the PG College, Rishikesh.

Faculty: The teachers were qualified because this is a government college, and everyone was a government college professor and knowledgeable. But the main problem was their attitude towards teaching. Some teachers were helpful when students approached them personally. The course curriculum itself was very basic and covered only traditional subjects like Accounting, Economics, Business Law, and Management, which didn't really made students industry-ready. The semester exams in college were not very diffic...

Review of Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Gharwal University.

Faculty: Teachers are also very supportive and well-qualified. They are very knowledgeable and have significant experience in teaching. The curriculum is very easy to make students industry-ready. Exams are held on a semester basis, and the pass percentage is high, with most students passing the exams except for a few who may struggle in the final exams.

Below-average college experience in the hills.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful but not well-qualified, and their knowledge is limited. They usually just translate what is written in the book into Hindi. Most of them could not get proper jobs, and as soon as they get a job, they suddenly leave the college. The course curriculum is not relevant and is outdated. It doesn't make students industry-ready. The semester exams are also not difficult, if you study the last 3-4 years' question papers, you can score well. To pass, a student needs at least 20 out o...

Outdated college in every way.

Faculty: Some teachers are helpful but not knowledgeable and not qualified. Their teaching quality is not good because they don’t get jobs, so they are doing part-time work here. The course curriculum is not relevant, we still study an outdated old syllabus that doesn’t make any student industry-ready. The semester exam is very easy, everyone can pass and you don’t even need 75% attendance. Everyone who studies just one night can pass the exam by reading the previous 3-4 years’ question papers in short a...

Scenery is amazing, even though the campus is surrounded by industries.

Faculty: Some teachers were really helpful, and some are like we are not gonna spoon feed you things. You have to do most of the things yourself. Some are teaching us really great, like they care about their students, and some are like they were just there to do their job without caring if students understand or not. Many teachers have left the campus, some are great, and some we hope we never meet again.

Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna is good for students who are from middle-class family.

Faculty: Exams are semester-wise, you need to attend 75% classes, otherwise you'll not get any chance to sit in the exams. Classes totally depend on the students and the lecturers. Every lecturer delivers a different aura and type of education. Semester exams are held under university lecturers.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and their qualifications are very good for teaching. Lectures are very good, as they explain everything. The course curriculum activities are also held for students. Students also visit companies from campus for industry visits

Good return on investment college under budget friendly.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, as well as qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is premium. This course curriculum is relevant, but the thing is that due to the quarterly system, the exams are held on a frequent basis. The passing percentage is 50%.

Dissatisfied with the infrastructure, lack of placement, and overall quality of educators.

Faculty: The problem with teachers and the staff is that they are a little rude. As a student who has not done anything disrespectful and performed civilly, I would not like to be treated like that, they should be a little considerate of our feelings. Overall, they are professionals ready to teach us and also advise us to come regularly and take the classes. The college will only provide the degree, it is upon us to be responsible for our studies and shape our future. The difficulty of the exam is averag...

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, knowledgeable, well-educated, and disciplined. Semester exams are not difficult if you can study and clear your exam easily. Semester exams are not difficult. The percentage of students is 95% minimum back in college but college is good. Faculty members have friendly behavior and good at explaining any doubts.

If I have to summarize it, then it is a good college if your expectations are not too high.

Faculty: Teachers have perfect knowledge of their subject, but some teachers lack in expressing their knowledge. Course curriculum is relevant, but it does not make us fully ready for industry. Semester examinations are quite tough, but with good preparation, they can be cleared easily.

Satisfied with the faculty.

Faculty: Teachers are very understanding of the students. The course is relevant as it provides theoretical as well as practical knowledge. Semester exams are not that difficult. Out of 100 marks, 30 marks are in the hands of the teacher, and 70 marks will be the theoretical parts.

Good college and average fee compared to other colleges.

Faculty: Old curriculum, of course, because it provides a B.Tech degree from Uttarakhand Technical University, which has an old syllabus. But some things are new to study, and some subjects are added to the syllabus. Some other activities are added to our course.
