When I was looking into IIIT Bangalore, I specifically checked if they had any fee waiver for PwD students, but unfortunately, they don't offer any dedicated scholarship or tuition waiver specifically for PwD category in the B.Tech or Integrated M.Tech programs.
They do have some merit-based scholarships, like for students with top JEE Main ranks or for those who maintain a high CGPA once they're in the program. There's also a scholarship for top-performing girls, but nothing focused on helping PwD students financially from the institute's side.
So if you're from the PwD category and hoping for a fee waiver like in NITs or IITs, IIIT-B might disappoint you on that front. You'd probably have to look into external scholarships or government schemes to manage the finances.

Candidates first need to fill out the JEE Main Application Form through the NTA official website (nta.ac.in). After the result declaration of JEE exam, students are requierd to register on the official page of IIIT-B. To apply online, candidates need to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 1,000 - INR 1,500 as an application fee. It is as per different sources and can vary.

IIIT Bangalore BTech seat allocation is done based on the all-India rank of students in the JEE exam. The seats are allotted based on the Best JEE rank procedure (BJR). There are two in-house rounds for the seal allocation process. The first round is the off-campus round. In this round students are required to complete the offer letter submission through email. The second round is a live online round. This is conducted through an online meeting. The seat allocation counseling is done in this round.
