The college has provided decent placements in 2025 despite the bad market.
Placements: Decent placements concerning the fee charge. Most of the students get placed in good roles. Summer internships are top-notch for 70 - 80% of the batch with legacy recruiters like Asian Paints, Marico, PNG, Ebay, etc. Roles are spread across consulting, analytics, supply chain, etc.
Infrastructure: You get to experience campus life at the IIT hostel with excellent sports amenities, and medical facilities. SJMSOM has a separate building with state-of-the-art classrooms and seating facilities. Hostel food is decent enough, and you also have outlets like Chaayos and CCD giving food at subsidized prices for students.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and helpful. They give projects for hands-on learning as well. Some work needs to be done in terms of introducing proper specialization and elective selection. They provide guest lectures from reputed industry leaders and alumni as well.
Other: It is a good course with respect to ROI and brands that come to campus.

There are fantastic sports facilities and faculty members.
Placements: There was an increase of 5% in the average salary package, i.e., it was increased to 21.96 LPA when compared to the previous year. The highest salary package offered was 32.8 LPA. There were offers from 16 new recruiters. Top participants were Bristlecone, GEP, Synergy Consulting, TresVista and ZS Associates, among others.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure available here includes right from a full-size tennis court to an Olympic-sized swimming pool, gymnasium, sports ground and many more. The good thing is that the library is well stocked. If there is a shortage of any book, you always have access to the IITB central library, which has every journal, book and subscription you would need. The classrooms are spacious, air-conditioned and have all the required facilities such as projectors, etc. In the first year, in the hostel, every room is given on a twin-sharing basis, i.e., two students stay in every room. In the second year, every student has an individual room. Room facilities are quite good. There is a provision of a proper cupboard (almirah) to store your clothes and other items that you would be bringing.
Faculty: Every faculty member here is highly qualified, and many of them have multiple publications in famed research journals. The course curriculum is divided into core courses and elective courses. In the first year, only core courses are provided, which are basic courses to build up a base of all the domains such as finance, marketing, IT, strategy, operations, etc. For the second year, there are complete electives wherein students can choose the subjects as per their preference of specialising in a particular domain of choice. The exam follows a semester pattern, and every semester is divided into two terms. Both the terms have entirely different subjects, and the exams are conducted as per the IITB calendar.

The top recruiting companies here were Reliance Industries, Tata Sons and Wipro. About 98% of students got internships, and the companies which offered internships were Wipro and Reliance Industries. Top roles offered in our course were product manager, operation executive and project developer in marketing.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is just amazing here because the campus of this university is just incredible, i.e., there is no need to go anywhere else because there are all facilities on the campus only. Wi-Fi, labs and libraries are well managed. They take care of all the diet of students, and meals served here are rich in protein due to the nutritionists. There is all the sports equipment here, and they are world-class.
Faculty: The teachers here are well qualified, and they provide complete knowledge to every student. They clear doubts of the students personally with available sources. They make students industry-ready without taking help from others. The semester exams are also very easy, but only you need to do is you should study because teachers make all the efforts and make the exams easy. The pass percentage is 95.3%.

It is one of the best colleges of our country to join, if you really want to learn something.
Placements: Placements are very good here and are on par with the great B-Schools of our country. The college has crossed the milestone of the average salary of 21 LPA. Summer internships are also very good. The average stipend offered was around 1.8 lakhs for two months in the most sought after companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. The best thing about SJMSOM is, we leverage all the world-class facilities of IIT Bombay. The campus is full of greenery, and the area is around 550 acres. We have a very big library where one can find any book related to any course. High-speed Wi-Fi network is available.
Faculty: Faculty are world-class, and they are the best teachers in our country. Apart from this, we are being taught by some very good professors of other colleges also as guest faculty. Professors always emphasise on providing practical knowledge apart from providing theoretical knowledge. The student to faculty ratio is also very good, which is 10:1.
Other: Our B-School fest is Avenues, which has a huge footfall. Apart from this, we have the best fest of India, Mood Indigo, for which around 3-4 Lacs people from different colleges across the country attend.

Absolutely satisfied by the faculty, infrastructure and placements of the college.
Placements: The placements in SJMSOM has been one of its topmost takeaway. For batch 2017-19, 100% placements was achieved within 3 days of the process with the highest CTC being Rs. 32.4 Lacs and average CTC over Rs 20 Lacs. The summer internships too were very successful with the entire batch getting offers from reputed firms. There is a placement cell in the college which is run very efficiently under the supervision of our faculty adviser.
Infrastructure: Owing to the IIT Bomaby, SJMSOM enjoys a very rich infrastructure. There is almost every curricular and extra curricular facility available to the students. The hostels are well maintained an the food at canteen too is good. I did not face any infrastructure related issue until now in the college.
Faculty: The faculty of SJMSOM is highly qualified and experienced. The teaching sessions are very enlightening and content for the same is very industry based. The practical approach of teaching makes the classes interesting. Also the curriculum is being updated with the latest case studies and their analysis making the learning more helpful for the students. There also are various speaker sessions organised for the industry exposure where the speakers talk about their experiences in the industry.
Other: Avenues is the annual fest of SJMSOM that is being organised by the students every year and it witnesses a huge footfall. The entire array of events include the speaker sessions and other domain related competitions for which the participation comes from various colleges across India.
