Jamia Millia Islamia offers seat reservations in almost all the courses based on the category of the students. Candidates seeking JMI admission under the reserved category can apply for reservation under one category only and are required to fulfil the prescribed eligibility conditions of the course. - 30% of the total number of seats in each course are reserved for Muslim applicants. 10% of the total number of seats in each course are reserved for women applicants
who are Muslims and 10% of the total number of seats in each course shall be earmarked for (OBCs) and ST students who are Muslims. - 5% of seats in all the courses are reserved for physically challenged students.
- 5% of seats in all courses must be filled by internal students of Jamia who have passed their qualifying exam from Jamia schools as regular students.

The JMI Entrance Exam Cutoff 2025 has been published for all rounds. According to the JMI Delhi cutoff 2025, for the General category candidates under the Home State quota, the cutoff ranged from 62.75 and 63.75 percentile in the first round closing cutoff, wherein BSc (Hons) in Geography was the toughest course for admission, followed by BA (Hons) in Geography , with the cutoff in the first round being, 63.75, 63.25 and 63.25, respectively. The cutoff in the last round for the same above mentioned courses was the same as the first round closing cutoffs.
Yes, candidates with 93 per cent marks can get admission to Jamia Millia Islamia. JMI has released the Round 2 cutoff for several UG, PG and PG Diploma courses. As per JMI Round 2 cutoff list, the lowest cutoff was 29.5 per cent, where as the highest was 83.75 for MA in Political Science. Candidates can also get JMI with less than 93 per cent. The JMI CUET PG Cutoff 2025 has been published till Round 3 for all students belonging to the All India quota. For the General category candidates under the All India quota, the cutoff ranged from 185 to 13.75, wherein the hardest and the easiest course were MA in Visual Effects and Animation and M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, respectively.
For the PWD AI category, the cutoff in the last round was from 65.5 to 6.25 score, wherein the hardest and the easiest courses were MA in Urdu and P. G. Diploma in Remote Sensing and GIS Application, respectively.
National Testing Agency (NTA) does not release the CUET UG cutoff. Once the CUET results are declared, the socres are shared with the participating universities and role of NTA ends with the declaration of results. CUET UG 2025 cutoff has been released by the CUET participtaing universities seperatley. Candidates will be able to check the course wise and category wise cutoff. CUET UG cutoff 2026 has been released by accepting universities after declaration of CUET UG results.

If you belong to the General, PWD, AI category, then according to the JMI CUET cutoff 2025, a score of 112 would not give you a seat for the B.Sc Biotechnology course.
