College is very good and the faculty is very helpful in every advice or term.

Placements: The placement records are on the notice board. About 80 percent of students get internships. The highest is 12 LPA, and the lowest is 7 LPA. I don’t know the top roles, but they are majorly corporate and some are semi-government. Overall, students are very happy with it.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good. The Wi-Fi and the canteen food are also decent. Sports happen every month, and a lot of students participate in them. Prizes are also decent, like vouchers and electronic gadgets, which are very helpful for students and increase their productivity.

Faculty: The teachers are all good and helpful. They are highly qualified, and the teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant, and some achievable students are industry ready, though not all. The semester exams are difficult for students who have not studied; for reference, the exam is not too hard and not too easy.

I am satisfied with Jamia Millia Islamia.

Placements: Almost 60% of the students got placed from the electrical engineering branch, with the highest package of 12 LPA in Voltas, Dubai, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. Almost 90% of students did internships in different companies like BSES, PWD, etc.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities, food, dorms, and maintenance are good, with Wi-Fi available 24/7, and almost everything is available. Classrooms and libraries are well-maintained, and the library is fully air-conditioned with Wi-Fi provided. The quality of the food is also good in the hostel, giving it a 6/10, and we have a separate hospital for medical facilities. Sports facilities are also provided with a separate sports complex and an annual sports day.

Faculty: Teaching quality is also good and can vary from teacher to teacher, and what students perceive from the teachers and whether the teachers are highly qualified, mainly with a Ph.D. The course curriculum is highly relevant, and it is provided with industry-based knowledge and skills. Semester exams are not very difficult with proper hard work and also with the support of teachers. The pass percentage is 96%.

Other: Rather than doing 11th and 12th before B. Tech, we can pursue a diploma in engineering, which is more job-oriented and would also give a higher understanding of the industry. There are no compromises in events, fests, campus crowd, and connectivity in Jamia Millia Islamia, and there is plenty of it already available. The best part is the scholarship and extracurricular activities.

I'm absolutely dissatisfied due to no placement. Nice and helpful faculty, and very nice folks.

Placements: Almost 9-10 students out of 78 got placed. Only three students were placed from campus placement, and others off campus, but the college just took credit for those as well. The lowest package was 3 LPA, and the highest was 4 LPA. The recruiting companies were Unthinkable and Wipro. The roles offered were trainee and SIM programme. The top role that was offered at the college was the training. As a student of the same programme, they could be a part of the programme and could help people to grow further and get a job. In this way, the companies were recruiting us.

Infrastructure: The facilities were good, food wasn't good or affordable, and not up to the mark. But it was good enough that at least a person can survive and can live for the thing, but not good enough. Survival was okay. The hostel was okay, it was not very good, it was very kind of average, but nice. All things were average. The food, in some cases, caused illness and other health-related problems. The rest was good and fine.

Faculty: It was good. The teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The curriculum was somehow not relevant to the current scenario. Semester exams were difficult, though I am an average student. The semester exams were very difficult because they were prepared by the professors, and those professors were very passionate about making the papers. They also taught us in a very disciplined manner and told us to be very disciplined. That's why they made the paper very tough and very hard to crack.

Other: My batch was of 78 students, all were good friends and lovely folks, very interesting, admirable, and very helpful. They were the only thing that motivated me to study further.

Life at Jamia Millia Islamia Polytechnic.

Placements: I am currently in my last semester, and in my class, there's only about 10-20% placement, as most of the students want to go into higher education, so they didn't choose jobs. The best companies that came to our college are Yamaha, which was for the mechanical department, and L&T for our department, which was an online interview and exam.

Infrastructure: The hostel life is good, as I have heard from my friends, and they are living happily. The Wi-Fi and Library are also amazing, and the aesthetics of the college are omg so nice; we love the place and are happy to be a part of Jamia Millia Islamia. The sports complex is the part where I spend my time the most, and it is wonderfully made.

Faculty: The exams conducted are a bit on the moderate side, and the teachers are especially so nice, always on time, and follow every rule. The 75% attendance rule is the one that I don't like that much. The semester exams are of a much higher level, and it is overall great to be a part of this college.

Other: I chose this college because the events are also good and campus life is great.

Jamia Millia Islamia offers excellent infrastructure and hostel facilities.

Placements: Many students got placed at many companies like L&T and RDC Concrete PVT. The average package offered is 6 LPA. After completing this course you can get a job in the position of junior engineer, site engineer, trainee engineer, etc.

Infrastructure: A good infrastructure is available at Jamia Millia Islamia University, especially for this course a good building is available with good ventilation and windows, lifts, and Wi-Fi over the campus. The college has a good and large library for students with a comfortable chair, wide & clean table, and air conditioning.

Faculty: In my college University Polytechnic, Jamia Millia Islamia's faculty members are well-experienced and experts in his field. They have good technical knowledge as well as field experience in industry. If you complete this course you can get a job at a position as a junior engineer anywhere or you can continue with further studies you can get admission directly to the second year of B.Teach / B.E.

Other: The overall campus environment at Jamia Millia Islamia is vibrant and culturally rich, with various student clubs, events, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Good infrastructure and faculty, with decent placements, but limited industry exposure for some.

Placements: I hear that in my department, students from each branch get selected. This means that approximately 20% of students from each branch get selected through campus placement. Companies like Voltas, Amazon, and others visit the college. The placement rate isn't 100%, but a significant portion of students, around 90%, secure positions in reputable companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good overall. Wi-Fi, classrooms, labs, and the library are all good. Facilities available at the university are overall okay. In the hostel, the mess food is not very good. Medical and sports facilities are okay for all students, and the sports area is large. In the canteen, the price of food is a little high compared to outside.

Faculty: In my department, teachers are very helpful and support us. The exams are not too hard. If you solve 3 to 4 years of the previous year's questions, you can easily score 70 to 80%. Diploma programs at Jamia Millia Islamia are taught by experienced faculty members who are experts in their respective fields. They bring a blend of academic knowledge and practical industry experience to the classroom. Faculty-student interaction is encouraged to facilitate a comprehensive learning experience.

Other: My course is Diploma Engineering in Electronics. I chose it because in this field you work on robotics, satellites, networks, communication, etc., and you will have fun.
