The last date for the CUET UG 2026 registration has now passed for the BA course. The exam for the same will be held from May 11 to May 31, 2026.
JNU BA Eligibility & Highlights 2025
JNU BA is a three-year course offered via the School of Language, Literature, and Culture Studies. The UG-level programme is offered at a full-time mode lasting for three years. Candidates are selected for JNU BA (Hons) courses based on their merit in CUET, conducted by NTA. The University also offers lateral entry admission to the second year of the BA (Hons) programme. Candidates who are willing to seek admission need to possess the first year of a bachelor's degree from a recognised institute/ university with a minimum of 45% aggregate (50% in case of BA Hons in German) along with a valid CUET score.

JNU Delhi Admission FAQs
CUET UG 2026 exam will be conducted in May/June for 37 subjects. The mode of examination is CBT (Computer Based Test). NTA did not release official notification for CUET UG date sheet. Candidates can know exam details through CUET UG information bulletin. NTA will conduct CUET UG 2026 exam in multiple phases depending upon the number of candidates registering for the exam. Registered candidates can know the exact CUET UG exam on hall ticket. Candidates will have to report at the alloted exam centre on the day of the examination. The exam will be held in two slots each day depending upon the subject combinations chosen by the candidate.
A course-wise placements report has not been released by the university as of now. However, the JNU NIRF report 2023 is out. As per the report, in the 2022 placements drive for UG 3-year courses, a total of 21 students were placed out of 353 students while 332 students were selected for higher studies.
