Yes, Jawaharlal Nehru University offers a two-year full-time MCA course at the postgraduate level. JNU MCA admission is completely entrance-based and depends upon candidates' performance in the CUET-PG entrance exam. For JNU MCA admission, no viva voce examination is held by the university. Yes, getting admission into JNU with 70 score is possible. The cutoff was released for different categories of the All India quota. Among the General AI category candidates, the round 1 cutoff ranged from 33.8 to 74.4. Among the OBC AI category candidates, the range of cutoff was between 29.16 and 69.64. With this cutoff range, it is definitely possible to get admission to the college.  

For most colleges, the basic eligibility criteria for admission in the BTech programme requires the applicants to score a minimum aggregate of 45-75% in Class 12 or its equivalent, depending on the course, specialisations, and college selected by the students. However, the selection for BTech courses in a majority of colleges, including JNU is done on the basis of valid score obtained by the students in the entrance exams such as JEE Main, MHT CET, etc. Hence, it can not be said surely if one can secure their admission in a regular college if they have scored less than 50% in their Class 12 boards. Candidates must pass a bachelor's degree in Physical, Biological, Agricultural, Veterinary and Fishery Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering/ Technology or a four-year BSc (Physician Assistant Course), MBBS/ BDS with a minimum of 55% aggregate to apply for MSc Biotechnology course. Aspirants need to complete a bachelor's degree in any branch of Basic and Applied Science or Technology including Medicine and Engineering discipline with at least 55% aggregate to apply for MSc Computational and Integrative Sciences.

The total seat intake for JNU MBA course is 55. Thus, only this much candidates are admitted to the programme at the time of selection.
