1- JUIT Solan BTech Application Process

Students can opt for offline applications at the JUIT Solan admission portal. To know the offline application procedure, students can check the points mentioned below:

Fill in the Application Form neatly without any cut/overwriting.

Fill in all fields, attach the photograph and sign the application form.

For JEE (Main) 2023-based admission, the JEE application number and JEE Roll number should be filled in at appropriate places in the form.

All filled-in application forms are to be sent to the address given below before the last date of application.

Retain a photocopy of the filled-in application form for reference.

For online application, students can check the points mentioned below:

Log on to www.jiit.ac.in and click on apply online or directly log on to www.getadmissions.com/jaypee (authorised agency for online applications). The online application fee required to be paid is INR 1,200.

Follow the on-screen prompts to fill up the application form and make the payment through Credit card/Debit card/Net banking/UPI.

Once the payment has been successfully made, the candidate shall be allotted an Application ID, which must be preserved for future reference. The candidate shall also get an e-mail of confirmation.

During the online application, candidates are required to upload a passport-size photograph of themselves and signatures of themselves and their parents.

List of documents to be submitted with the application form:

• Scanned copies of coloured photographs & signature
• Scanned copies of birth certificate
• Scanned copies of passing certificate and qualifying mark sheet
• Scanned copies of the entrance examination scorecard
• Caste certificate, Category certificate (if applicable)

2- Selection Process

Candidates willing to get into JUIT Solan, who have registered for JEE Main are required to appear for the exam in the subject of their choice and get a valid score.

3- Admission Confirmation

After the selection rounds are concluded, eligible candidates are notified via email for admission confirmation. Students must have their documents, and students must pay the course fee to secure their seats at the university. The total tuition fee for the BA programme is INR 12.9 lakh.

JUIT Solan BTech Scholarship is offered to eligible students who meet certain eligibility criteria defined by the university. However, the university offers The Willian Webster merit-Cum Means Scholarship. Jaiprakash Sewa Sansthan has set up an initial corpus of INR 20 lakh for the William Webster MeritCum-Means Scholarship to be provided to eligible students from the income earned by way of Interest from the corpus. The scholarship would be provided to the students admitted to the Jaypee Education System across the 3 Campuses from the Academic Year 2004 onwards through a transparent mechanism by a Scholarship Committee set up for the purpose. Selected students will get a tuition fee waiver for the year up to a maximum of INR 25,000. All scholarship amounts will be adjusted against the tuition fees of the year in which approved.
