JIS University offers a UG course of BPharm for a duration of four years via its School of Pharmaceutical Technology. This course is approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and offered in affiliation with AICTE. To enhance the learning experience of students, the department is fully equipped with the latest analytical instruments like Heidolph rotary evaporator, Multi-station dissolution apparatus, Shimadzu UV spectrophotometer, Bruker FTIR, Agilent HPLC, Eppendorf deep freezer amongst a very few along with modern laboratories. JIS University admission is open online. Till now, no schedule has been released by the university. Since the application portal is live, candidates can apply online for their preferred course. The university offers BTech, BPharma, MBA, PhD etc. at the UG, PG and PhD level. Apart from the UG and PG courses the university also offers three Diploma courses.

JIS University conducts JET or JIS Entrance Test for admission to UG and PG courses. The university also accepts WBJEE scores for admission to BPharm and BTech programmes. Aspirants may also need to come for group discussion/ interview round for final selection.
