A few more updates are given below:
- CUET 2026 registration process has started for admission to several UG courses. Candidates can fill out the application form until Jan 31, 2026. The CUET exam 2026 is scheduled to take place from May 11, 2026, to May 31, 2026.
- The JEE Main 2026 session 1 exam for admission to BTech, BArch, and BPlan courses will tentatively be conducted between Jan 21 and Jan 30, 2026.
- For the CUET PG 2026, the last date to submit the application form is Jan 14, 2026, and the exam will be conducted in March 2026.

JNU MCA admission is based on a valid Central University Entrance Test (Postgraduate) CUET-PG score. CUET PG is an all-India-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). In 2021, the closing rank for BTech in General AIl India Quota was 24730. In 2022, it increased to 30177. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 35469 to 44056 for OBC, 88798 to 101130 for SC, 174170 to 182186 for ST, 31360 to 39539 for EWS, 411 to 303 for PWD.. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however, the ranks are slightly different.
