Admission to Jawaharlal Nehru University BA (Hons) in Foreign Languages, BSc-MSc Integrated Programme in Ayurveda Biology and Certificate of Proficiencey (COP) courses is through CUET (UG). Only the aspirants with a valid score of CUET are eligible to take admission in these courses. Moreover, the application for the same has to be submitted by visiting the JNU admission portal.
Jawaharlal Nehru University accepts CUET-UG and CUET-PG entrance test scores for admission to several undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate and PG Diploma courses. JNU Certificate Admission Dates 2025
Application of only the students fulfilling the minimum eligibility requirements is accepted by the university. Candidates have to pay admission or enrolment fee to confirm their seats. While applying for CUET, students need to opt for Section IA - English Test and Section III - General Test. It is necessary that the course aspirants appear for both tests. Only the students who appeared for CUET-UG can apply for JNU UG & Certificate of To be eligible to apply for JNU UG & Certificate of Proficiency (COP) courses, students need to first appear for the CUET-UG exam and qualify on the basics of the cutoff list released, as the selection is according to the CUET score and deprivation points. Yes, to be eligible for JNU Advanced Diploma courses, candidates must have passed Class 12 or any equivalent examinations. Hence, Class 12 pass-outs can pursue this course. Additionally, the qualifying exam should have been passed from a rrecognized board. For document verification, the academic mark sheets and pass certificate shall be kept handy during the application form filling and admission confirmation.
For admission to the MBA course, the candidate should have appeared for the CAT entrance examination. Candidates can apply for the course only with a valid score on this exam. JNU Certificate Admission 2025: How to Apply?
For admission to JNU Certificiate courses, students have to present valid CUET scores. Thus, they have to register and appear for CUET first. Mentioned below are the steps to apply for CUET:
1- Visit the official website of NTA CUET (cuet.samarth.ac.in).
2- Click on “Fill Application Form for CUET” and create a login ID.
3- Login with the generated credentials and fill in the personal and academic details.
4- Select the exam centre preference along with the university and course selection (select JNU).
5- Upload the scanned photograph and signature in the given dimensions.
6- Pay the application fee and click on ‘Submit’.
