MBA is a two-year course offered in seven specialisations. In this course, students learn related to all the core areas of Management in the first year of study. In the second year, the students are given an option to choose specialised areas in management such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Analytics, and Entrepreneurship. During the course, the students will take internships and get trained in companies to gain the skills required in management. Yes, the university offers a four-year BSc (Hons) Agriculture course. The selection to BSc (Hons) is based on Karunya Entrance Exam (KEE) conducted by the university and Class 12 score. Candidates must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or PCB or PCMB or Agriculture with at least 50% aggregate to apply for the BSc (Hons) course. Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent under vocational stream and studied Biology and Agricultural Practices as Vocational Subjects including theory and practical with 50% aggregate can also apply. No, admission to BSc course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate to apply for the BSc course. The university provides provisional admission online. However, only after the verification of document and payment of course fee, admission is confirmed. Selection criteria: Merit-based

Eligibility: A pass in Diploma in the concerned Engineering discipline or BSc Physics or Chemistry with Mathematics as one of the subjects or BSc Mathematics or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate is required to apply for the BTech (LE) course.

The KEE application form 2026 will be available in October 2025, tentatively. The KEE 2025 application form and prospectus are made available online on the official website, karunya.edu. Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences releases the KEE application form online so that candidates from different corners can apply easily.

The Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu will release the TNEA 2026 counselling process dates for registration, assignment of random numbers, Certificate verifications, rank list publication, and finally, the counselling. The counselling rounds will include steps like Choice Filling, Allotment, Confirmation of Allotment, and Reporting to the College/TFC and payment of fees depending upon their confirmation.

BE/B.Tech admission in Tamil Nadu is done based on the online counselling process called TNEA. There is no state-level entrance exam for admission in Tamil Nadu. Candidates have to register and appear for the online Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions TNEA counselling held every year. 10+2 passed/appearing candidates can apply for TNEA counselling. Admission will be based on marks obtained by the candidates in the relevant subjects, namely, Maths Physics and Chemistry which will be reduced to 200 (Maths 100, Physics 50 and Chemistry 50).
