STEP 1: Application Process

Candidates can apply for the BA programme in both online and offline modes. For online registrations, candidates can fill out and submit the application form on the university's official website and, for offline registrations, candidates can download the application form from the official website of Kashmir University and submit it (duly filled) at the address prescribed by the University.

STEP 2: Selection Criteria

Kashmir University shortlists applicants based on aggregate in the last qualifying exams. The University then publishes a merit list on its official website. Students who make it to the rank list become eligible for admission.

STEP 3: Seat Allotment and Admission Confirmation

Students shortlisted in the merit list are allotted seats. The final step of the admission is to pay the Kashmir University BA fees.

For courses like MBA, M Pharma, BTech and MTech, you have to submit your CMAT, GPAT, JEE Mains and GATE scores. For other courses you have to give a separate entrance exam conducted by the University and based on your merit you will get admission.

The last date to apply for admission to the University of Kashmir for the 2024–2025 academic year is November 25, 2024.
