Kerala Agricultural University MBA course admission is entrance-based. Admission to MBA courses, the university accepts relevant scores in any of the entrance exams from KMAT/ CMAT/ CAT. Further, once a candidate gets shortlisted in the entrance examinations, they are required to go through a GD and PI. The university allocates the weightage to the eligibility parameters. 80% of the weight is given to entrance examination scores, and the remaining 10% to GD, and 10 to PI. Step 1: Kerala Agricultural University MBA Application Process 2025

Before applying for the course, candidates are required to complete their basic eligibility criteria first.

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of KAU (www.kau.in). On its homepage, click on the ‘education tab’

Step 1.2: Further, click on notifications and then click on ‘Online Admission Portal’.

Step 1.3: Click on candidate registration and register by addressing details, including your name, date of birth, gender, address of communication, email ID and mobile number.

Step 1.4: A verification link will be sent to the applicants' registered email ID. Click on the link to verify the account and proceed with further steps.

Step 1.5: Click on ‘candidate login’ to log in to your account with a user ID and password sent to your registered email ID.

Step 1.6: After submitting the online application, take a printout of the same and submit it along with hard copies of mandatory documents and a DD of the KAU MBA application fee to the below-mentioned address within seven days of online application submission.

Step 2: Selection Process

According to applicants' acheived scores in the entrance exam, the university releases a provisional rank list on the portal. Candidates are required to visit the official website of the university frequently and check if they get shortlisted, and prepare themselves for GD and PI. Candidates will qualify for GD and PI only if they secure the prescribed cut-off score in KMAT/ CMAT/ CAT, which will be decided and notified by the university before the group discussion/interview.

Step: Appear for GD and PI

Now, candidates who get selected in the cutoff list are required to go through a group discussion and a PI conducted by the university. The candidates will get notified about the time and schedule of the GD and PI rounds either on the official website or through their respective email addresses.
