Placements: Around 90% of students have been placed in companies. Different companies offer placements to students. The highest package offered is 12 LPA. The college provides placement classes and interview preparation classes. All students are trained for interviews and are placed in good positions.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. Wi-Fi is available. There are different lab facilities for all students, and the library is also very useful. There are many books that help students with their studies. The classrooms are also good.
Faculty: All teachers support the students. They are friendly and help students with their studies. The semester exams are not very difficult. The pass percentage is 70%. Faculty members help students with their studies according to their performance and strengths.
Other: The college mainly focuses on studies, but fests are also organized for students. The entire campus looks good and gives students positive vibes.

Good campus environment with good facilities and faculty.
Placements: Around 80% of students in the CS department get placed. The average package is 5 LPA. I do not know about the maximum and minimum packages. The packages are very low, but most students get placed, so there are enough opportunities. IBM is probably one of the top recruiters. If you study well, you can get placed very easily.
Infrastructure: I live in a hostel outside the college, but I know about the college hostel. People say good things about the hostel and its facilities. Wi-Fi is available in the college and hostels. There is a huge collection of books in the library. Labs are well-equipped, and the infrastructure is good. The classrooms are also good.
Faculty: The curriculum is, of course, bad, as you know, because of KTU. Teachers are good and supportive, but they also kind of lack progressive thinking, except for some good teachers. There are many good teachers, though. The first year may be hard due to many guest lecturers, but then it gets better.
Other: The union came last year and served the students.

Somewhat okay. Less placement and lack of infrastructure is the major problem.
Placements: The placement percentage is about 36%. The highest package is 7.5 LPA, the lowest is 2.3 LPA, and the average package is 4.5 LPA. TCS, Reliance, and Larsen and Toubro are key companies for placement. Most students try off-campus internships. Embedded engineer and VLSI are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: Labs, classrooms, and the library are good. However, the overall infrastructure is lacking. The college area is limited. Hostel facilities are satisfactory, and the mess and canteen provide good food. Sports and games are less compared to other colleges due to a lack of area. No proper ground is available.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are good, while a few may not be as effective. I don't think the hectic schedule and curriculum contribute to making a good engineer. Semester exams are mostly of moderate difficulty, excluding some core papers which are usually tougher. The pass percentage is usually 70-85% for EC.
Other: I chose it because I like the semiconductor field. It's a mixed form of both theoretical and mostly problem-oriented subjects. The syllabus is too old and should be redefined. There are fewer events and programs compared to other engineering colleges.

The curriculum is perfect, and the enjoyment and community are really amazing.
Placements: TCS, L&T, RB Structures, RDC, and many other top companies visited our college for placements with good packages. We had the freedom to choose our own internship opportunities. The college also offered aptitude training and coding classes to prepare us for placements.
Infrastructure: There were labs and a library for our department. The hostel facilities were absolutely good. Strict rules were followed for hostel students, but the enjoyment was also unlimited. I was a day scholar, but I still visited the hostels for programmes, sports day, and other events. My classmates who stayed in the hostel explained facilities provided there.
Faculty: The semester exams were moderate, and the evaluation was also partial. Everyone had the opportunity to earn internal marks through assessments, internal exams, and quizzes. If students did not meet the internal passing criteria, a retest was conducted for those who did not meet the requirements.

Good government college with fewer placements & affordable fees. Average college with average fees.
Placements: Compared to other engineering colleges, our college has low placements. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA. Some students get placed in companies like TCS, Infosys, and UST. Internship opportunities are available for interested students. Students need to improve their skills to get better jobs.
Infrastructure: The college has good classrooms, computer labs, and a library. Wi-Fi is available in the department. Hostel rooms are decent, and the mess food is okay. Sports and canteen facilities are also available. The hostel doesn't have a Wi-Fi connection and cool water facility.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and explain the subjects well. KTU syllabus covers the basics, but students should learn extra skills outside the class also. Semester exams are of medium difficulty if you study regularly. KTU syllabus is outdated (2019 batch), but teachers are good.
Other: I chose CSE because I like computers and technology. The college is good for learning, but I wish more companies visited for placements. The fests are average compared to other Engineering colleges.

I have a balanced CSE experience with scope for improvement.
Placements: In our CSE department, about 60 percent of students get placed. The highest package offered for seniors is 3 LPA, and the average package is 1.8 LPA. Companies like TCS and Infosys visited our campus. Around 80 percent got internships in startups and local IT companies, mostly for roles like web developer and data analyst.
Infrastructure: The CSE labs have basic systems and a table [Wi-Fi/LAN]. Classrooms are decent, and the library has enough outdated books. Hostel rooms are good, and the mess food is normal. Canteen and medical facilities are available. Don't think about sports here. Overall, the infrastructure is passable.
Faculty: Faculty members in the CSE department are generally supportive, and most teachers are qualified in their subjects. The teaching quality is satisfactory. The course curriculum is relevant for engineering students and gives a decent foundation in concepts. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty, but not all students pass on the first attempt, so consistent study and practice are important.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in programming and technology. The best part is learning coding and building projects. I wish the college could improve teaching methods by including more practical examples. Campus life is decent with friendly students and occasional fests. Extracurricular activities and scholarships are available, but they are limited. It provides a satisfactory experience.
