In the architecture field, there is more scope for placements, and few students apply for placements.

LPU: Our branch facilities and placement review.
Placements: Here too, to get placement, in our college students have more chances than students in other colleges. The chance of getting a job in the top 10 percent at our university totally depends on students making good projects and studying accordingly. The highest package in our course is 10 LPA. The lowest is 3 LPA. Internship chances depend on doing good projects and studying.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is big, and it is fully modernized. Most of the facilities are top-notch. There are campus Wi-Fi connection issues, and network problems are one of the big concerns. Other facilities, like labs, are good and all equipment is present. Hostel facilities are also good. Mess food is decent. Sports and medical services are well managed by the department.
Faculty: Faculty got high packages with their qualifications and they are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They use modern systems for teaching purposes, and all are helpful to students. I like their service as a student. Our course is not relevant for placement because in our college the most preferred branches are CSE B.Tech and computer-related branches. Semester examinations are moderate and sometimes hard, but most students find them easy to pass according to their study and hard work. I think 80 percent is the pass percentage.

Review of LPU agriculture department.
Placements: For the B.Sc. Agriculture, around 30 percent of students were placed in this course. Top recruiting companies were UPL, ITC-Agri, and Mahindra Agri. For the internship, our college sends everyone to the local area for research and development of projects. The top roles of this agriculture course were researcher, agronomist, farm manager, etc.
Infrastructure: This college had a huge campus. It provided facilities like a big farming field with equipment. The classrooms were big in size and had centralized AC and a projector. A huge library was here with a capacity of more than 2000 students. The quality of food was average. The hostel rooms were small in size. All types of sports were played here.
Faculty: Teachers were more experienced, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality was top-notch. The course curriculum was relevant and it made students industry-ready. We had 8 subjects per semester and exams were slightly difficult. The pass percentage was 40 percent on each paper.

A decent college experience.
Placements: The placement opportunities are decent with students getting opportunities to apply for roles across different industries. The quality of opportunities and packages can vary depending on the students' skills, academic performance, and preparation. Students should also actively work on internships, communication skills, and practical knowledge to improve their chances.
Infrastructure: The university has good overall infrastructure with spacious classrooms, libraries, Wi-Fi, and various facilities for students. Hostel facilities are satisfactory although there is a requirement for improvement in areas such as food quality and maintenance.
Faculty: Faculty is generally helpful and supportive. The teaching experience can vary from one teacher to another. The curriculum is relevant to the course, but more practical and industry-oriented learning could be included. Exams are manageable with regular preparation though some subjects can be challenging.

It is worth taking admission here.
Placements: It completely depends on the student. Top 10 percent of students get a good package in placements. The crowd is comparatively larger than the number of placements that can be done so basically you have to ace everyone. Not only study, but you should take care of extracurricular activities and projects that lead to better placements.
Infrastructure: Majorly everything is great and is in the place where it should be. Infrastructure is good. Hostels are good. Network issues at hostels. Food issues at the mess but the university does support everything, where the interest of the student really is.
Faculty: It has a great package of teachers and system of examination. Majorly everything is great and is in the place where it should be. Faculty is good.

The class infrastructure and timing could be better.
Placements: Placement opportunities are good, but the average package is too low and could be better. Internship options should be increased, and other programs like hackathons should be explained more clearly in classes. Google and Microsoft are good recruiting companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good but could be better. The air conditioners also do not work sometimes. Wi-Fi is too slow. Sometimes Wi-Fi gets disconnected when we need it most. It is difficult to connect.
Faculty: The course curriculum is good, but the class timings and classroom changes are not well organized. We have to run from one block to another after just one class. Even the blocks are too far apart and on upper floors, which makes the students and teachers tired. Teachers are sometimes not audible while explaining in class.
Other: A good course timetable should be provided.

Decent placements. Go for it.
Placements: It’s all according to how you perform. If you have current, in-demand skills, you have better opportunities. Many recruiters come with an average package of 3.5 LPA to 6 LPA. College offers placement to 90 percent of students. If 40 students in a section, at least 30 get placed.
Infrastructure: I am a day scholar. Hostel facilities are good. Wi-Fi in the classrooms also works well. The computer labs are well-equipped. Lovely Professional University has a big library for students with fully air-conditioned facilities.
Faculty: Students have multiple exams before the end-term examination. CA and midterm examinations are conducted. Presentations are also included. These activities make students more confident. They also help develop their overall personality. Teachers make students industry-ready. After the second year, students are specially provided with placement classes. They are trained for interviews. They are also trained for GDs and other placement activities. If I talk about the course, teachers offer more practical learning instead of theory. The curriculum is good.
Other: I chose it because it aligns with my interests. It has both technology and business aspects together. Overall, it is good. I am having a great experience. I recommend it to anyone who wants to apply for admission.

Both SRM and LPU have their own strengths, so the better choice depends on the course and career goal. For overall learning, LPU has a practical approach with industry linked curriculum, live projects, internships and skill based learning. Its placement preparation also focuses on technical, aptitud

For B.Tech CSE, both Galgotias University and LPU are established options, but Galgotias can be a better fit if you prefer a technology-focused environment, strong CSE/AI-related programmes, industry exposure and proximity to the Delhi-NCR tech ecosystem.

For B.Tech CSE, I'd prefer Thapar Institute if you can afford it. LPU generally offers more scholarship routes, including up to 60% through certain LPUNEST/academic criteria, while Thapar's 2026–27 merit scholarships can include full tuition plus  development fee waiver for top JEE Main performers.

If you’re comparing KL and LPU, I don’t think there’s one universal answer. It mainly depends on the course, budget and what kind of campus environment you prefer.

KL has a good reputation, particularly in engineering, while LPU offers a much larger campus ecosystem with a wider range of courses, stu

If I had to pick one, I’d go with Galgotias University for MBA because of its NCR location, industry exposure, practical learning, and overall opportunities. LPU, Thapar, GLAU, and Sharda are also worth considering, but GU can be a solid choice.
