MBA admission at Himalayan Garhwal University is a multi-step process. Candidates must start the process by applying. They must then undergo the multi-stage selection process to qualify for admission. STEP 1: MAHGU MBA Application Process 2025

The process of MBA admission at MAHGU starts with the application process. This step includes submitting the duly filled application form along with an application fee of INR 1,000. The university accepts applications in online and offline modes.

For online application, candidates must visit the university's official website at www.hgu.ac.in. To apply offline, they can obtain the application form from the Admission Cell of the university. Alternatively, they can download the application form from the official website and send the filled-out form, along with a Demand Draft for the application fee, to the address given below:

STEP 2: MAHGU MBA Selection Process

MAHGU MBA admission is entrance-based. The university conducts the Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University Entrance Examination (MAHGEE/MAHGUEE) to shortlist prospective candidates. Shortlisted candidates must appear for the further admission rounds, which include a GD and an interview. Candidates with valid CAT/MAT scores (current year) are also eligible to apply. After the selection rounds, a merit list of selected candidates is released by the university.

STEP 3: MAHGU MBA Admission Confirmation

Shortlisted candidates based on the merit list are called for counselling and document verification. Once all the admission-related formalities have been completed, selected candidates must submit the first instalment of the applicable MAHGU fees to confirm their admission. The total MAHGU MBA fee ranges between INR 80,000 and INR 1 lakh, depending on the choice of specialisation. After the students are admitted to the University, an Anti-Ragging affidavit by students and parents, both on stamp paper INR 10, duly attested by the oath commissioner/notary, has to be submitted.
