Q:   What is the process to get admission in B.Ed from MDU Rohtak?
A: 

Admission to B.Ed programme is strictly based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates who have scored at least 50% aggregate (47.5% aggregate for SC/ ST/ Blind/ Visually and Differently Abled candidates of Haryana only) either in bachelor's degree or in the master's degree in Science, Social Sciences or Humanity or BBA/ MBA degree.

The merit list for B.Ed will be prepared based on merit in the last qualifying exam. For a candidate having a master's degree, the higher percentage of marks obtained either in UG or PG degree will be taken into consideration while determining the merit.

No, MDU Rohtak is not a participating university of CUET. MDU Rohtak shortlists candidates for most of the courses based on the entrance exam conducted by the university. The college is very good, but the hostel life is not very good.
Placements: The college was very good in placements. It provided placements to about 60 percent of students and had a committee made by the college to manage placements. It was very helpful and deals with over 60 industries in marketing, which has a very good reputation.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure was very good. The college building had many well-designed wings and attractive architecture. The architecture department was very good and well. Hostel was not good. It was very bad, but the hostel staff were very helpful.
Faculty: Exams were conducted every semester, with two sessional exams and one improvement exam for students. All details were sent to parents regarding exam marks and college rules and regulations. This department was very good.

College life is good. The college infrastructure is very good.
Placements: The average placement in the college was around 60 percent of students. In B.Pharm, no batch has passed out yet, but in engineering, it provided placements to many students. Around every month, some companies visit the college for placements. The college deals with more than 60 companies in engineering.
Infrastructure: The classrooms were good and fully air-conditioned. The campus provided Wi-Fi throughout. The hostel was also good, but the hostel staff sometimes behaved rudely with students. Overall, the college life was very good.
Faculty: The staff and teachers were very good and had a very good way of communicating. They clarified students’ doubts effectively and solved problems well. The senior staff was average, but the class staff and teachers were very good overall.
Other: No batch has passed out yet.

Absolutely satisfied, but needs some changes.
Placements: In my course, students who got 70 percent are more preferred. The highest package offered is 32 LPA and the lowest package offered is 1 LPA. Top recruiting companies for my course are all of which have Python in their domain. Almost 80 percent of students got internships in my course and in companies that are flexible. Top roles are for AI and machine learning basis.
Infrastructure: In our college corridors, there is Wi-Fi on every floor. Lab of our college has all the tools needed for that particular subject. Library is very peaceful and silent. The quality of the mess food is very good, the canteen is not that good, but okay. Sports and games are excellent.
Faculty: Teacher of our college are very helpful, well qualified, and knowledgeable. Its course curriculum is relevant, as there is a subject for the AI semester exam that is easy for those who have studied well. Teachers are very friendly in nature, so we can ask questions without hesitating.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to study and gain knowledge about AI. The best thing about AI is that it is very profitable for further life. I think they should remove subjects like Physics and Chemistry. Events at our college are excellent, and we enjoy them a lot.

Really good infrastructure, but a little less satisfied with placement.
Placements: Placements are decent, and many known companies visit the campus. The placement cell is very friendly. Many students remain unemployed because they often reappear, except for 10-12 students who are toppers. I suggest the last year's sample ppr.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very beautiful, and the classrooms are large. Hostel rooms are big enough for 2 students, and the washrooms are cleaned daily. Hostels are big and nice, and the mess food is delicious in the girls' hostel. Girls' hostel closing times are 8 pm in summer and 7 pm in winter.
Faculty: Faculty are so nice to students, except for some teachers. The curriculum is perfect, and they gave enough time to study for exams. I am satisfied with the preparatory holidays they give and the time for submission of the assignment. Faculty is understanding of students.
Other: The campus is so beautiful, and there is so much greenery there. For entertainment, many fests are organised by the university itself.

Good thanksgiving chance to review about my college for 2016 students.
Placements: Around 90 percent of students are placed every year. Lots of companies hire students through campus placements, such as Wipro, ICICI Bank, IBM, etc. Roles offered include relationship manager, software developer, HR, etc. Students who got 10 CGPA and below also get placements.
Infrastructure: There are lots of facilities available inside the university, like fans, AC, and water service available all the time. Wi-Fi is also available for students, and faculty members are very supportive and kind-hearted. The canteen food is amazing and available at good prices. There are lots of sports events organized for both students and faculty. I love playing volleyball, and the coach is very supportive of students.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and highly educated. This college has very good value in the industry. Students who are thinking of taking admission, my advice is that you are right to choose this university. Definitely, you will become something.
Other: I want to become a product manager at Google. This college is near my house and has good value in the area.

Placements: Placements are okay. Students get placements if they have no backlogs and a CGPA of more than 7.5 every year. At least 60 percent of students get placements. The highest package is 40 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.2 LPA. There is an active placement cell that works the whole day for students' bright future. Overall, average placements are provided to us.
Infrastructure: Our college has four blocks that are A, B, C, and D. A block is for BCA, BBA, and master courses. B block is for the pharma department, and C block is for the engineering department. D block has a canteen and a library. Some 1st year classes and grounds are in average condition. Old blocks have some issues.
Faculty: Faculty members are not that supportive. Exam details are not on time. It conducts low-curriculum activities. Many teachers are less experienced, and some do not get the point that we ask. Overall, I don't like the faculty members that much. A few teachers are good, which makes the faculty members average. The course curriculum is bad. Some teachers are supportive, but some are not.
Other: I chose this course because of the low fee that is within my budget. The crowd is very immature. The campus life is bad. I chose this course to achieve my goal of becoming an engineer.
