Manipal University offers BTech course via Manipal Institute of Technology. In order to get admission to a four-year BTech course at Manipal Institute of Technology, the first step is to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. Candidates who passed Class 12 in the Science stream are eligible to apply for this course. Manipal BTech admissions are completely entrance-based. The Manipal University conducts Manipal Entrance Test (MET) for the selection of eligible candidates for its UG & PG courses. It's mandatory for candidates to qualify for MET with a valid score. Further, the selected students are allocated seats through a counselling process.

Those who are seeking admission to BTech course are required to fulfil the basic eligibility criteria as per the course requirements. Candidates who passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics and English as main subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology or any technical vocational subject are eligible to apply for this course. They must have obtained 50% aggregate in the last qualifying exam of Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and any other optional subject in combinations. Yes, Manipal University provides PG-level course of MBA (General) for a duration of two-years. The university also offers MBA in four other specialisations. Yes, Manipal University BBA and BBA (Hons) courses are offered for a duration of three-years. These courses are taught through the Department of Commerce at the university. At MAHE Manipal, BBA is offered across 10 specializations. Manipal University offers MBBS course for a duration of five and a half years. This course is taught via the three colleges affiliated to Manipal University. Candidates can get admission to MBBS in the following colleges and the final degree will be rewarded by Manipal University:

• Kasturba Medical College, Manipal
• Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore
• Manipal Tata Medical College

Admission to MBBS courses at all the above colleges are done through a common selection process. All the apirants are required to qualify for NEET UG entrance exam with a valid rank.

The Manipal University MET Cutoff 2025 is out for all rounds and categories for the students belonging to the All India quota. The cutoff is released in the form of ranks and is valid for admission to various engineering and medical courses at both UG and PG level. For the General AI category, the cutoff for BTech CSE ( AI and ML) course was 12751 for Manipal Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. For the BTech ECE course, the cutoff in 2025 was 15046 for the same category and college. 

Please note that the cutoff for each category, round, specialisation will vary. 

The Manipal University NEET PG Cutoff 2025 has been released for Round 2 for all categories under the AI quota. For the General category candidates under the All India quota, the hardest course for admission, as per round 2 closing ranks was MD in Radiodiagnosis, with a cutoff rank of 4555. In contrast the easiest course was MD in Microbiology, where 134480 was the last round cutoff rank.

MAHE will release the official MET 2025 dates on their website, manipal.edu. Through the MET dates, candidates will be able to view the official calendar for all of the events relating to exams and admission. Yes, Manipal University Jaipur is worth taking admission. Manipal Entrance Test (MET) 2026 is the accepted entrance examination for the BTech admissions for 2026.
